Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 오일씰 고무 조성물은, 아크릴 고무 및 상기 아크릴 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 카본블랙 35 내지 65중량부, 흑연 10 내지 30중량부, 탈크 5 내지 30중량부 및 CNF 5 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 충진제를 포함한다.

Claims (7)
- 아크릴 고무 100중량부,
CNF(Cellulose Nano Fiber)를 포함하는 충진제 55내지 145중량부,
황 및 과산화물의 혼합물을 포함하는 가교제 1 내지 3중량부,
N-씨클로헥실-2-벤조티아졸릴설펜아마이드 및 테트라메틸티우람디설파이드를 포함하는 가교촉진제 4 내지 10중량부,
스테아린산 가공조제 0.5 내지 2중량부,
폴리에테르에스테르계 가소제 3 내지 9중량부 및
아민계 산화방지제 2 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 오일씰 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 고무는 폴리아크릴레이트-아크릴산에스테르(Polyacrylate-Acrylic Acid Ester)의 공중합체인 오일씰 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충진제는 카본블랙, 흑연(Graphite), 탈크(Talc) 및 CNF를 포함하는 오일씰 고무 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 충진제는 카본블랙 35 내지 65중량부, 흑연 10 내지 30중량부, 탈크 5 내지 30중량부 및 CNF 5 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 오일씰 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아민계 산화방지제는 N-1,3-디메틸부틸-N'-페닐-p-페닐레네디아민(N-1,3-Dimethylbutyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine)을 포함하는 오일씰 고무 조성물. - 아크릴 고무 및
상기 아크릴 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 카본블랙 35 내지 65중량부, 흑연 10 내지 30중량부, 탈크 5 내지 30중량부 및 CNF 5 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 충진제를 포함하는 오일씰 고무 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 오일씰 고무 조성물로 제조된 오일씰.
