Abstract
즉 본 발명은 내시경에 의하여 장내로 투입되고, 투입 시 축소된 상태로 투입되었다가 투입 후, 팽창하는 확장튜브를 정착부재에 의하여 장내의 고정부위에 정착시켜 외부에서 조사되는 빛을 이용하여 장내의 세균에 따라 다양한 파장의 빛을 조사함으로써 항생제의 내성 및 항생제의 순응성이 떨어지는 환자에게 도입할 수 있는 광역동요법용 치료기구를 제안하고자 한다.

Claims (9)
- 워킹 채널(11)(working channel)을 갖고, 장 내로 투입되는 내시경(10);
상기 내시경(10)의 워킹 채널(11)에 삽입된 와이어(W)에 연결되어 내시경(10)에 의하여 장내(GI)로 투입되고, 장내(GI)로 투입 후 팽창되는 확장튜브(20); 및
상기 내시경(10)의 워킹 채널(11)을 통하여 장내(GI)의 고정부위에 확장튜브(20)를 고정시키기 위한 정착부재(30);
를 포함하여 이루어진 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브(20)는 내피(21)와, 상기 내피(21)를 감싸는 외피(23)로 구성되는 이중막 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브(20)의 내피(21)와 외피(23) 사이의 공간에는 살균제(B)가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브(20)의 내피(21) 또는 외피(23), 또는 이들 모두는 투광성 또는 투과성 소재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브(20)의 내부에는 항생제, 포토센서(PS), 공기, 키토산, 단백질 중 어느 하나 이상이 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정부위는 맹장과 결장의 경계 좌우벽에 위치하는 회맹판(ICV)(ileocecal valve, 回盲弁)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브는 블라이드 포인트를 감소시킬 수 있도록 대장의 형태학적 특징과 유사한 구조의 복수 개의 쌕이 연결된 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브는 회맹판에 복수개의 정착부재와 광원을 설치할 수 있는 넓이의 선단 단면적을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 확장튜브가 회맹판으로부터 탈락되었는지를 확인할 수 있도록 상기 환장튜브의 선단에 불투과성 마커가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광역동요법용 치료기구.
