Description
도 2는 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 자동차용 범퍼빔의 후면을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 자동차용 범퍼빔을 상면에서 바라본 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 자동차용 범퍼빔의 스테이부 측면을 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 자동차용 범퍼빔을 정면에서 바라본 것을 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 자동차용 범퍼빔의 본체리브부를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7(a)는 본 발명에 따른 실시예 범퍼빔의 센터에 펜듈럼 타격시, 범퍼빔의 스트레스(stress) 변화를 나타낸 것이며, 도 7(b)는 상기 실시예 범퍼빔의 센터에 펜듈럼 타격 후의 범퍼빔의 스트레스 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 실시예 범퍼빔의 센터에 펜듈럼 타격 완료 후 범퍼빔의 스트레인(strain) 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
도 9(a)는 본 발명의 실시예 범퍼빔에 대한 오프셋 타격시, 범퍼빔의 스트레스 변화를 나타낸 것이며, 도 9(b)는 상기 실시예 범퍼빔에 대한 오프셋 타격 완료 후의 범퍼빔의 스트레스 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 실시예 범퍼빔 코너부 타격시, 범퍼빔의 스트레스 변화를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 자동차의 전면부 또는 후면부에 부착되는 범퍼빔으로서, 부착되는 면에 대향하는 전면이 외측으로 만곡되어 있고, 상기 전면의 외측으로 개방된 "ㄷ"자형 단면을 가지는 빔본체부; 및
상기 빔본체부의 양측에 형성되며, 후면에 개방부가 형성되는 스테이부;를 포함하며,
상기 빔본체부는 섬유강화 플라스틱을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 범퍼빔은, 상기 빔본체부의 내측에서, 상기 빔본체부의 상면 및 하면과 나란하게 배치되는 수평리브부, 상기 수평리브부와 직교하며 상기 빔본체부의 상면 및 하면을 연결하는 수직리브부 및 상기 빔본체부의 상면 및 하면 중 하나 이상과, 상기 수평리브부에 결합되며, 경사면이 형성되는 경사리브부를 포함하는 본체리브부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수평리브부는 섬유강화 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스테이부는 후면에 개방부가 형성되며, 내부가 중공인 빔수용부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스테이부의 측면은, 내부가 H-형 단면인 구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 빔본체부의 양 측면은, 직선 경사면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유강화 플라스틱은 연속섬유에 매트릭스 수지가 함침된 것이며,
상기 섬유강화 플라스틱의 비중은 0.5~1.5 이고,
상기 연속섬유는 탄소섬유, 유리섬유 및 폴리아마이드 섬유중 하나 이상 포함하고,
상기 매트릭스 수지는 에폭시 수지, 폴리에테르케톤 수지, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 중 하나 이상 포함하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스테이부, 수직리브부 및 경사리브부 중 하나 이상은 섬유강화 플라스틱 및 열가소성 수지 조성물 중 하나 이상을 포함하여 형성되며,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리프로필렌, 탈크, 미네랄 오일(mineral oil) 및 고무를 성형하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼빔.
