Abstract
Description
도 1은 대동맥 밸브를 통해 좌심실로 연장되고 통합된 압력 센서를 갖는, 대동맥을 통해 놓이는 혈액 펌프를 도시한다.

Claims (19)
- 카테터(catheter)(10), 상기 카테터(10)의 말단에 배치되고 그 말단부(distal end)에 굴곡 가요성 플로우 캐뉼라(flexurally flexible flow cannular)(53)를 구비하며 이를 통해 혈액 펌프가 동작하는 동안에 펌핑 장치(50)에 의해 혈액이 흡입되거나 방출되는 상기 펌핑 장치(50), 및 적어도 하나의 광 섬유(28A)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 압력 센서(27, 28A, 30)를 포함하는 혈관내(intravascular) 로터리 혈액 펌프로서,
상기 광 섬유(28A)가 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)의 중성 섬유(neutral fiber)를 따라서 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는
혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중성 섬유는 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)의 프리 곡면(precurvature)에 의해 미리 설정되고, 그에 따라 상기 프리 곡면에 의해 정의된 바와 같은 상기 플로우 캐뉼라의 곡면의 내부 반경 및 외부 반경 사이에 놓이는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)는 상기 중성 섬유를 따라서 결합되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)는 상기 중성 섬유를 따라서 슬라이딩 튜브(27) 내에서 자유롭게 이동가능하도록 놓이는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 튜브(27)는 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)을 따라서 외부로 연장되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)의 외부 표면 및 상기 슬라이딩 튜브(27)의 내부 표면은 금속-금속, 금속-플라스틱 또는 플라스틱-플라스틱으로 된 슬라이딩 물질 쌍을 형성하며, 상기 플라스틱은 바람직하게는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)을 포함하는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 튜브(27)는 형상 기억 합금(shape-memory alloy)을 포함하는 물질로 형성되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 튜브(27)는 내부가 플라스틱으로 코팅되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)는 외부 금속 코팅(28coat)을 갖는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTEF)로 이루어진 외부 플라스틱 코팅(28coat)을 갖는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 튜브(27)는 액체로 채워지는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)는 유리 섬유(28core, 28clad 28coat)를 포함하는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광 섬유(28A)는 130μm 이하의 직경을 갖는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)는 오목부(depression)(36)가 구성된 외부 표면을 가지며, 상기 오목부에는 상기 압력 센서의 말단부(30)가 적어도 부분적으로 배치되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 굴곡 가요성 플로우 캐뉼라(53)는 소프트 가요성 팁(55)을 가지며 상기 압력 센서의 말단부(30)는 적어도 부분적으로 상기 소프트 가요성 팁(55) 내에 배치되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서의 말단부(30)는 방사상으로 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)의 주변 너머로 돌출되며, 상기 압력 센서의 말단부(30)의 전방 말단에 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)의 주변 너머로 돌출되는 것처럼 플로우 캐뉼라(53) 상에 돌출부(bulge)(35)가 제공되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 카테터(catheter)(10),
상기 카테터(10)의 말단에 배치되고 그 말단부(distal end)에 굴곡 가요성 플로우 캐뉼라(flexurally flexible flow cannular)(53)를 구비하며 이를 통해 혈액 펌프가 동작하는 동안에 펌핑 장치(50)에 의해 혈액이 흡입되거나 방출되는 상기 펌핑 장치(50), 및
상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)의 길이방향을 따라 연장되는 적어도 하나의 광 섬유(28A)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 압력 센서(27, 28A, 30)
를 포함하는 혈관내(intravascular) 로터리 혈액 펌프로서,
상기 광 섬유(28A) 는 상기 혈액 펌프가 환자의 혈관계로 삽입되는 동안 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)가 굽어질 때 상기 섬유(28A)의 파손을 방지하도록 배치되되, 상기 플로우 캐뉼라(53)의 벽을 따라 연장되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유(28A)는 상기 혈액 펌프가 상기 환자의 혈관계로 삽입되는 동안 실질적으로 연장하지 않도록 구성되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유(28A)는 상기 혈액 펌프가 상기 환자의 혈관계로 삽입되는 동안 실질적으로 압축되지 않도록 구성되는 혈관내 로터리 혈액 펌프.
