Description
도 2 및 3은 본 발명에 따른 피드쓰루 글랜드의 구성에 포함되어 있는 환형시일의 사시도 및 단면도를 각각 나타낸다.
Claims (7)
- 특히 전기 케이블(2)과 같은 실 모양 요소를 사용하는 격벽의 밀봉된 피드쓰루를 위한 글랜드(gland)로서,
상기 요소의 통과를 위한 것이고, 오리피스의 반대쪽에서 통과될 격벽에 밀봉 가능하게 고정되는 글랜드 본체(3);
변형 가능한 슬리브의 형태로 되어 있고, 상기 요소(2) 주위에서 상기 글랜드 본체(3)의 대응하는 하우징(8) 안에 배치되는 밀봉 수단(9); 및
상기 글랜드 본체와 실 모양 요소 사이의 밀봉을 제공하기 위해, 변형 가능한 슬리브 형태의 밀봉 수단(9)을 실 모양 요소(2)에 압축시키고 또한 글랜드 본체의 하우징(8) 안에서 그 밀봉 수단을 변형시키기 위한 리머(reamer)를 형성하는 요소(10)를 포함하고,
변형 가능한 슬리브 형태의 밀봉 수단(9)은 서로 앞뒤로 수미식으로(head to tail) 장착되는 환형 시일(15)의 적층체의 형태인, 피드쓰루를 위한 글랜드. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 환형 시일(15)은 대체로 V-형 단면을 갖는, 글랜드. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 환형 시일(15)은 탄성 중합체로 만들어지는, 글랜드. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 글랜드 본체(3)는 오리피스가 제공되어 있는 격벽에 나사 결합 수단(4, 5)에 의해 고정되고, 또한 글랜드 본체에는 글랜드 본체와 격벽 사이에서 밀봉 O-링(6, 7)이 제공되어 있는, 글랜드. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 리머 요소(10)는, 상기 글랜드 본체의 하우징(8)에 결합하여 상기 밀봉 수단(9)을 압축시키는 부분(11), 및 상기 본체에 대한 나사 결합 수단(13, 14)을 그 본체 안에서 가압하기 위해 상기 나사 결합 수단과 관련되어 있는 칼라 형태의 다른 부분(12)을 갖는, 글랜드. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 나사 결합 수단은 본체 주위에 규칙적으로 분산되어 있는 스크류(13, 14)를 포함하는, 글랜드. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
리머 형태의 상기 요소는 글랜드 본체의 하우징에 직접 나사 결합되어 상기 밀봉 수단을 압축시키는, 글랜드.
