Claims (6)
- 벨트 길이 방향으로 각각 연장하고 또한 벨트 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 심선과, 상기 복수의 심선을 매설한 등면부와, 상기 등면부와 벨트 두께 방향으로 대향하고, 상기 벨트 길이 방향으로 서로 이격하여 배치된 복수의 톱니부를 포함하는 벨트 본체를 구비하고, 상기 등면부와 상기 복수의 톱니부가 열가소성 엘라스토머로 일체 성형된 톱니 벨트에 있어서,
벨트 폭 1mm 당의 벨트 강력이 1.85kN 이상이고,
상기 복수의 톱니부의 피치가 20mm 이상이고,
상기 복수의 톱니부 각각의 높이가 5mm 이상이고,
상기 등면부의 두께가 4mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 심선의 각각은, 스틸코드, 아라미드 섬유 또는 카본 섬유의 적어도 어느 것인가를 합쳐 꼰 코드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 톱니 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 심선의 각각은,
스틸코드로 이루어지고,
강력이 7~8kN이고,
직경이 2.3~2.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 톱니 벨트. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 심선의 피치가 3.0~3.7mm이고,
상기 복수의 심선끼리의 간격이 0.4~1.4mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 톱니 벨트. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머는, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리에스테르계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리스티렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 및 염화비닐계 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 톱니 벨트. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머는, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머이고, 경도가 85~95°인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 톱니 벨트.
