Abstract
열가소성 조합필름(F)은 가변 쐐기각을 구비한 카메라 창 또는 헤드업 디스플레이(head-up display) 영역에 마련되는 적어도 하나의 정의된 영역(K)을 포함하고,
- 제1열가소성 필름(F1)을 마련하는 단계,
- 가변 쐐기각을 구비한 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 제조하는 단계로서, 제2열가소성 필름(F2)의 3차원 형상은 몰드(4)에서의 성형 단계를 통해 획득되는 단계, 및
- 제1열가소성 필름(F1) 및 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 접합하는 단계를 적어도 포함한다.

도 1은 투과시 이중 이미지가 발생하는 기본적인 상황을 도시한 것이고,

Claims (9)
- 복합유리판(1)에 적합한 열가소성 조합필름(F)의 제조 방법으로,
열가소성 조합필름(F)은 가변 쐐기각을 구비한 카메라 창 또는 헤드업 디스플레이(head-up display) 영역에 마련되는 적어도 하나의 정의된 영역(K)을 포함하고,
- 제1열가소성 필름(F1)을 마련하는 단계,
- 가변 쐐기각을 구비한 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 제조하는 단계로서, 제2열가소성 필름(F2)의 3차원 형상은 몰드(4)에서의 성형 단계를 통해 획득되는 단계, 및
- 제1열가소성 필름(F1) 및 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 접합하는 단계를 적어도 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
몰드(4)에서의 성형 단계는,
- 중합체 용융물(8)을 획득하는 단계,
- 중합체 용융물(8)을 몰드(4) 내로 주입하는 단계, 및
- 몰드(4)로부터 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 탈거하는 단계를 적어도 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
제1열가소성 필름(F1)을 접합시키는 단계와 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 제조하는 단계가 동시에 수행되는, 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
제1열가소성 필름(F1)과 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 접합시키는 단계는,
- 제1열가소성 필름(F1) 상에 제2열가소성 필름(F2)을 배치하는 단계, 및
- 접착 및/또는 레이저 용접 및/또는 냉간 용접 및/또는 초음파 본딩하는 단계를 적어도 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1열가소성 필름(F1)은 일정한 두께(h1)를 구비하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1열가소성 필름(F1) 및 제2열가소성 필름(F2)은,
폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리우레탄(PU), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리 염화 비닐, 폴리아세탈 수지, 주조 수지, 폴리아크릴레이트, 플루오르화 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리비닐 플루오라이드, 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체 및 이들의 공중합체와 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
제1열가소성 필름(F1)은 실질적으로 PVB로 제조되는, 방법. - 복합유리판(1)의 헤드업 디스플레이 영역을 비추기 위한 프로젝터(3)와, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 방법에 따라 획득된 열가소성 조합필름(F)이 설치된 복합유리판(1)을 포함하고,
프로젝터(3)는 작동 중에 정의된 영역(K)을 실질적으로 비추는, 헤드업 디스플레이 장치(5). - 카메라(7)와, 제1유리층(GS1), 제2유리층(GS2) 및 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 방법에 따라 획득된 열가소성 조합필름(F)을 적어도 포함하는 복합유리판(1)를 포함하고,
열가소성 조합필름(F)은 제1유리층(GS1)과 제2유리층(GS2) 사이에 배치되고,
카메라(7)는 정의된 영역(K)을 향하고 복합유리판(1)을 통과하는 광선을 기록하는, 카메라 장치(6).
