Claims (9)
- 오일이 저장되는 리저버;
상기 리저버와 연결되고 브레이크 페달의 답력에 따라 오일을 토출하는 마스터 실린더;
모터의 회전력을 이용하여 피스톤을 이동시켜 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더에 공급하는 액압 공급장치;
상기 액압 공급장치에서 토출되는 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 유압 제어유닛;
모터 및 펌프를 이용하여 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 리던던시 제어장치;
페달시뮬레이터가 마련되고 상기 백업유로와 상기 리저버를 전자밸브 개재없이 직접 연결하는 분기유로;
상기 리저버와 상기 마스터 실린더를 전자밸브 개재없이 직접 연결하는 리저버 유로; 및
상기 마스터 실린더와 상기 유압 제어유닛을 전자밸브 개재없이 직접 연결하는 백업유로를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백업유로에는 상기 마스터 실린더에서 상기 유압 제어유닛으로 유입되는 오일의 흐름은 허용하면서 상기 액압 공급장치에서 상기 마스터 실린더로 유입되는 오일의 흐름은 차단하는 체크 밸브가 마련된 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리던던시 제어장치는 상기 유압 제어유닛과 4개의 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더 사이에 마련된 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 리던던시 제어장치는 시스템 이상시 상기 유압 제어유닛에서 상기 휠 실린더로 액압 전달을 차단하도록 폐쇄되는 유로밸브와, 상기 리저버의 오일을 펌핑하는 펌프와, 상기 펌프를 구동시키는 모터와, 상기 펌프에 의해 펌핑된 오일을 상기 휠 실린더로 전달하도록 개방되는 인렛밸브를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 오일이 저장되는 리저버;
상기 리저버와 연결되고 브레이크 페달의 답력에 따라 오일을 토출하는 마스터 실린더;
모터의 회전력을 이용하여 피스톤을 이동시켜 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더에 공급하는 액압 공급장치;
상기 액압 공급장치에서 토출되는 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 유압 제어유닛;
모터 및 펌프를 이용하여 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 리던던시 제어장치; 및
페달시뮬레이터가 마련되고 상기 백업유로와 상기 리저버를 전자밸브 개재없이 직접 연결하는 분기유로를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 오일이 저장되는 리저버;
상기 리저버와 연결되고 브레이크 페달의 답력에 따라 오일을 토출하는 마스터 실린더;
모터의 회전력을 이용하여 피스톤을 이동시켜 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더에 공급하는 액압 공급장치;
상기 액압 공급장치에서 토출되는 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 유압 제어유닛;
모터 및 펌프를 이용하여 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 리던던시 제어장치; 및
상기 리저버와 상기 마스터 실린더를 전자밸브 개재없이 직접 연결하는 리저버 유로를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 오일이 저장되는 리저버;
상기 리저버와 연결되고 브레이크 페달의 답력에 따라 오일을 토출하는 마스터 실린더;
모터의 회전력을 이용하여 피스톤을 이동시켜 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더에 공급하는 액압 공급장치;
상기 액압 공급장치에서 토출되는 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 유압 제어유닛;
모터 및 펌프를 이용하여 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 리던던시 제어장치; 및
상기 마스터 실린더와 상기 유압 제어유닛을 전자밸브 개재없이 직접 연결하는 백업유로를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 백업유로에는 상기 마스터 실린더에서 상기 유압 제어유닛으로 유입되는 오일의 흐름은 허용하면서 상기 액압 공급장치에서 상기 마스터 실린더로 유입되는 오일의 흐름은 차단하는 체크 밸브가 마련된 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 오일이 저장되는 리저버;
상기 리저버와 연결되고 브레이크 페달의 답력에 따라 오일을 토출하는 마스터 실린더;
모터의 회전력을 이용하여 피스톤을 이동시켜 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더에 공급하는 액압 공급장치;
상기 액압 공급장치에서 토출되는 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 유압 제어유닛;
모터 및 펌프를 이용하여 액압을 발생시키고 발생된 액압을 각 차륜에 마련된 휠 실린더로 전달하는 리던던시 제어장치;
페달시뮬레이터가 마련되고 상기 백업유로와 상기 리저버를 분기유로;
상기 리저버와 상기 마스터 실린더를 연결하는 리저버 유로; 및
상기 마스터 실린더와 상기 유압 제어유닛을 백업유로를 포함하고,
상기 분기유로, 리저버 유로 및 백업유로 중 2개에는 전자밸브가 없는 전자식 브레이크 시스템.
