Claims (15)
- 실리콘 변성 폴리에스터 수지, 실록산(Siloxane) 화합물 및 실란올(Silanol) 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상을 포함하는 바인더 수지;
ICCB(Iron Cobalt Chromite Black Spinel), CCB(Copper Chromite Black Spinel), ICM(Iron Chromite Manganese) 및 카본블랙(Carbon black)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상을 포함하는 안료; 및
저활성 촉매를 포함하는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실록산 화합물은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물인 고내열성 조성물:

상기 바인더 수지는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스터 수지, 실록산 화합물 및 실란올 화합물이 1 : 1 ~ 5 : 1/10 ~ 3의 중량비로 혼합되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안료는 ICCB 및 카본블랙이 1 : 1 내지 9 : 1의 중량비로 혼합되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안료는 CCB 및 카본블랙이 1 : 1 내지 9 : 1의 중량비로 혼합되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안료는 ICM 및 카본블랙이 1 : 1 내지 9 : 1의 중량비로 혼합되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안료는 ICCB 및 ICM이 1 : 1 내지 9 : 1의 중량비로 혼합되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저활성 촉매는 킬레이트화 티탄산염(chelated titanate) 화합물인 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저활성 촉매는 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 1중량% 내지 3중량%로 포함되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 기재 상에 10㎛ 내지 20㎛의 두께로 인쇄되는 고내열성 조성물. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 기재는 유리, 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리(메틸 메타아크릴레이트)(PMMA), 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리스티렌(PS), 코폴리에스터 써모플라스틱 엘라스토머(COP) 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어진 고내열성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 190℃ 내지 220℃에서 30분 내지 2시간 동안 가열됨으로써 경화되는 고내열성 조성물. - (a) 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 고내열성 조성물을 평면의 기재에 처리하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 기재를 입체적으로 열성형하는 단계
를 포함하는 패턴이 인쇄된 입체 기재의 제조 방법.
