Claims (14)
- 수직 바디; 아래쪽으로 점점 가늘어지는 일반적 원뿔형 하부 구역; 상기 하부 구역 위에 있고 상기 하부 구역에 연결된 일반적 원통형 중간 구역; 및 상기 중간 구역 위에 있고 상기 중간 구역에 연결된 위쪽으로 점점 가늘어지는 일반적 원뿔형 상부 구역을 갖는 중합 반응기에서 올레핀 중합 촉매의 존재 하에 유동층 내 적어도 하나의 기체상 올레핀을 중합하는 것을 포함하는 올레핀 중합 방법으로서, (i) 반응기의 하부 구역에 유동화 기체가 도입되며 유동화 기체는 반응기의 하부 구역으로부터 반응기를 통해 위쪽으로 이송되고; (ii) 유동화 기체가 반응기의 상부 구역으로부터 배출되고; (iii) 성장하는 중합체 입자가 위쪽으로 상승하는 기체 스트림에 현탁되는 유동층이 반응기 내에 형성되고; 중합 반응기는 작동 온도 설정 포인트를 갖고 반응기는 적어도 하나의 온도 측정 센서를 포함하고, 반응기의 작동 온도 설정 포인트 (Ts) 와 온도 측정 센서 (Tm) 사이의 온도 차이 (DT) 가 10 ℃ 이하인, 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응기의 작동 온도 설정 포인트 (Ts) 와 온도 측정 센서 (Tm) 사이의 온도 차이 (DT) 가 하기 식을 만족하는 올레핀 중합 방법:
DT = Tm - Ts ≤ 10 ℃. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합 반응기가 700 ㎛ 이상의 d90 을 갖는 중합체 입자를 포함하는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기가 무차원 수 NBr 이 2.5 내지 7 범위가 되게 선택되는 공탑 기체 속도를 갖는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기가 4 이상의 높이 대 직경 비 L/D 를 갖는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기에 유동화 그리드가 없는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기의 상부 구역으로부터 배출된 유동화 기체가 압축, 냉각, 임의로 응축되고 반응기의 하부 구역으로 돌려보내지는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀 기체가 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌인 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합이 알파-올레핀 공단량체의 존재 하에, 전형적으로 C4 - C8 알파-올레핀 공단량체, 예컨대 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 또는 둘 이상의 공단량체의 조합의 존재 하에 수행되는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 반응기 내 에틸렌의 부분 압력에 대한 1-부텐의 부분 압력의 비가 0.5 이상인 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 반응기 내 에틸렌의 부분 압력에 대한 1-헥센의 부분 압력의 비가 0.25 이상인 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 반응기 내 에틸렌의 압력이 3 bar 이상인 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 올레핀 중합 촉매의 존재 하에 유동층 내 적어도 하나의 기체상 올레핀을 중합하기 위한 중합 반응기를 포함하는 기구로서, 반응기는 수직 바디; 아래쪽으로 점점 가늘어지는 일반적 원뿔형 하부 구역; 상기 하부 구역 위에 있고 상기 하부 구역에 연결된 일반적 원통형 중간 구역; 및 상기 중간 구역 위에 있고 상기 중간 구역에 연결된 위쪽으로 점점 가늘어지는 일반적 원뿔형 상부 구역을 갖고, (i) 반응기의 하부 구역에 유동화 기체를 도입하기 위한 수단으로서 유동화 기체는 반응기의 하부 구역으로부터 반응기를 통해 위쪽으로 이송되는 수단; (ii) 반응기의 상부 구역으로부터 유동화 기체를 배출하기 위한 수단; (iii) 성장하는 중합체 입자가 위쪽으로 상승하는 기체 스트림에 현탁되는 반응기 내의 유동층을 갖고; 중합 반응기는 작동 온도 설정 포인트를 갖고 반응기는 적어도 하나의 온도 측정 센서를 포함하고, 반응기의 작동 온도 설정 포인트와 온도 측정 센서 사이의 온도 차이 (DT) 가 10 ℃ 이하인, 기구.
