도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템에서, 배터리 모듈 보호부에 주입된 냉각수를 통해 배터리 모듈이 냉각되는 모습을 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (9)
- 내부에 유로를 포함하고, 상기 유로에 냉각수가 주입되는 제1 냉각수 주입부 및 상기 냉각수가 유출되는 제1 냉각수 유출부를 갖는 적어도 하나의 배터리 모듈; 및
파이프 형상으로 내부에 유로가 형성되고, 상기 배터리 모듈의 외부에 설치되어 외부로부터의 충격을 흡수하며, 상기 배터리 모듈의 제1 냉각수 주입부 및 제1 냉각수 유출부와 연통되되, 상기 유로에 냉각수가 주입되는 제2 냉각수 주입부 및 상기 냉각수가 유출되는 제2 냉각수 유출부를 갖는 배터리 모듈 보호부를 포함하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈의 온도가 사전 설정된 온도 이상일 시, 상기 제2 냉각수 주입부를 통해 냉각수를 주입하여 상기 배터리 모듈의 유로에서 순환시키는 펌프: 및
상기 펌프 및 상기 제2 냉각수 유출부와 연결되며, 상기 제2 냉각수 유출부를 통해 유입되는 냉각수를 냉각시켜 상기 펌프를 통해 상기 제2 냉각수 주입부에 주입하는 라디에이터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배터리 모듈 보호부의 내부에,
상기 제2 냉각수 주입부를 통해 주입되는 냉각수와 상기 제1 냉각수 유출부를 통해 유출되는 냉각수가 혼합되는 것을 방지하는 격벽부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 격벽부는,
상기 배터리 모듈 보호부의 유로에서 상기 제1 냉각수 유출부와 연통되는 지점과 상기 제2 냉각수 주입부 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 냉각수 주입부 및 제1 냉각수 유출부와 제2 냉각수 주입부 및 제2 냉각수 유출부 사이에 마련되어, 상기 배터리 모듈 보호부와 상기 배터리 모듈을 연통/차단시키는 차단 밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 차단 밸브는,
상기 배터리 모듈 보호부의 압력이 사전 설정된 압력 이상인 경우, 상기 배터리 모듈 보호부와 상기 배터리 모듈의 연결을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈이 복수인 경우, 각 배터리 모듈의 제1 냉각수 주입부의 직경이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 제1 냉각수 주입부의 직경은,
상기 배터리 모듈이 펌프와 멀어지는 방향에 위치할수록 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배터리 모듈 보호부는,
상기 배터리 모듈이 탑재될 수 있는 탑재부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 시스템.
