Claims (8)
- 저항식 센서로서, 기판 상에 검지물질을 도포하고 검지물질 상에 전극을 형성하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항식 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 저항식 센서는,
기판;
상기 기판 상에 도포되는 검지물질; 및
상기 검지물질 상에 형성되는 전극;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항식 센서. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 단차가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항식 센서. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 검지물질은 기판에 도포되어 편평한 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항식 센서. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 검지물질의 두께는 기판 두께의 50% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항식 센서. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 저항식 센서의 제조 방법으로서,
기판을 배치하는 단계,
상기 기판에 검지물질을 도포하는 단계, 및
상기 검지물질에 전극을 형성하는 단계,
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 기판에 단차를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제조 방법은 증착 또는 용사 공정에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
