도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 제조되는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단의 단면도이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단의 제조공정 중 핫멜트 접착제의 도포공정을 나타내는 공정도이며,
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 핫멜트 접착제의 도포공정에서 사용되는 도트스크린의 모식도이다.

Claims (8)
- 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100)으로서,
고밀도로 편직된 니트 원단(50);
폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30); 및
상기 고밀도로 편직된 니트 원단(50)과 폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30)을 접착하는 핫멜트 접착제 도트(40)를 포함하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고밀도로 편직된 니트 원단(50)의 두께는 0.15 ~ 0.3 mm이며, 중량은 25 ~ 71 g/m2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30)의 두께는 0.01 ~ 0.02 mm이며, 중량은 10 ~ 20 g/m2이며, 투습도는 4,000 g/m2/24hr 인 것을 특징으로 하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 핫멜트 접착제 도트(40)는 폴리우레탄 습기경화형 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고밀도로 편직된 니트 원단(50)은 나일론/폴리에스테르(N/P) 복합사, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 나일론, 레이온, 아크릴, 라이오셀 및 면(cotton) 중 하나 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100).
- 고밀도 니트 원단(50)을 편직하는 단계;
폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30)에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하는 단계;
상기 고밀도 니트 원단(50)과 핫멜트 접착제가 도포된 폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30)을 합포하는 단계;
상기 합포된 고밀도 니트 원단(50)과 폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30)을 건조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100)의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 다공성 필름(30)에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하는 단계는 도트스크린(10)을 이용하여 도트형으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100)의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서
상기 도트스크린(10)은 핫멜트 접착제가 용출되는 유출공(15)은 30 ~ 180 개/cm2 이며, 상기 유출공(15)의 직경은 350 ~ 750 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 투습방수성 아웃도어용 니트 원단(100)의 제조방법.
