Claims (4)
- 리튬 이차 전지의 부극에 이용되는 티탄산리튬 소결체판으로서, 상기 티탄산리튬 소결체판은, 복수의 일차 입자가 결합한 구조를 가지고 있고, 또한,
두께가 10∼290 ㎛이고,
상기 복수의 일차 입자의 평균 입경인 일차 입경이 1.2 ㎛ 이하이고,
기공률이 21∼45%이고,
개기공 비율이 60% 이상이고,
평균 기공 애스펙트비가 1.15 이상이고,
애스펙트비가 1.30 이상인 기공이 전체 기공에서 차지하는 비율이 30% 이상이고,
평균 기공 직경이 0.70 ㎛ 이하이고,
체적 기준(D10 및 D90) 기공 직경이, 4.0≤D90/D10≤50의 관계를 만족하는, 티탄산리튬 소결체판. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 일차 입자의 평균 입경인 일차 입경이 0.02∼1.2이고,
상기 개기공 비율이 65∼90%이고,
상기 평균 기공 애스펙트비가 1.15∼3.50이고,
상기 애스펙트비가 1.30 이상인 기공이 전체 기공에서 차지하는 비율이 30∼90%이고,
상기 평균 기공 직경이 0.02∼0.70 ㎛이고,
체적 기준(D10 및 D90) 기공 직경이, 4.5≤D90/D10≤50의 관계를 만족하는, 티탄산리튬 소결체판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두께가 40∼200 ㎛인, 티탄산리튬 소결체판.
- 정극과, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산리튬 소결체판을 포함하는 부극과, 전해액을 포함한, 리튬 이차 전지.
