Claims (25)
- 금속층을 가진 제1 패브릭;
제1 패브릭에 결합된 전기 저항 가열 요소, 및
제1 패브릭의 맞은편에 배열되고 상기 전기 저항 가열 요소를 덮는 제2 절연 패브릭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 패브릭과 전기 저항 가열 요소 사이에 위치된 제3 절연 패브릭을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 패브릭은 금속층의 제1 표면의 상부에 배열된 제1 열가소성 층, 및 금속층의 제1 표면의 맞은편에 배열된 금속층의 제2 표면의 상부에 배열된 제2 열가소성 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열 요소들은 전기 전도 잉크 가열 요소들인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 절연 패브릭은 스펀본드 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제3 절연 패브릭은 스펀본드 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제2 절연 패브릭은 스펀본드 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소는 전기 전도 잉크 스트립들을 통해 함께 전기 결합된 복수의 전기 저항 가열 요소들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소에 전기 결합된 전기 컨트롤 회로를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 금속층을 덮으며 외부 방향을 향하는 열가소성 층을 가진 금속화된 패브릭;
금속화된 패브릭에 결합된 전도 잉크 전기 저항 가열 요소, 및
금속화된 패브릭의 맞은편에 배열되고 상기 전도 잉크 전기 저항 가열 요소를 덮는 제1 절연 열 확산 패브릭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요. - 제9항에 있어서, 금속화된 패브릭과 전도 잉크 전기 저항 가열 요소 사이에 위치된 제2 절연 열 확산 패브릭을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 절연 열 확산 절연 패브릭은 스펀본드 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제2 절연 열 확산 절연 패브릭은 스펀본드 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1 절연 열 확산 절연 패브릭은 스펀본드 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전도 잉크 전기 저항 가열 요소는 전기 전도 잉크 스트립들을 통해 함께 전기 결합된 복수의 전기 저항 가열 요소들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전도 잉크 전기 저항 가열 요소에 전기 결합된 전기 컨트롤 회로를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
- 금속화된 패브릭을 제공하는 단계;
금속화된 패브릭에 전기 저항 가열 요소들을 결합하는 단계,
전기 저항 가열 요소들 상에 제1 절연 패브릭을 결합하는 단계, 및
전기 컨트롤 회로를 전기 저항 가열 요소들에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 금속화된 패브릭은 제1 절연 층, 금속층, 및 상기 제1 절연 층의 맞은편에 배열된 금속층 상부에 위치된 제2 절연 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소들은 금속화된 패브릭 상에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 금속화된 패브릭과 전기 저항 가열 요소들 사이에 제2 절연 패브릭이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소들은 제2 절연 패브릭 상에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소들은 전기 전도 잉크로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소들은 전기 전도 잉크로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 저항 가열 요소는 탄소 섬유 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온 담요.
