Claims (16)
- 알츠하이머병의 치료에 사용하기 위한 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로서, 치료가 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제의 이용을 추가로 포함하며, 알츠하이머병 환자가 1개 또는 2개의 ApoE4 대립형질을 보유하는 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-HT6 수용체 길항제가 N-(2-(6-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일)-에틸)-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시)-벤질-아민, 3-벤젠술포닐-5,7-디메틸-2-메틸술파닐-피라졸로[1,5-a]피리미딘 및 3-페닐술포닐-8-피페라진-1-일-퀴놀린 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-HT6 수용체 길항제가 N-(2-(6-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일)-에틸)-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시)-벤질아민의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-HT6 수용체 길항제가 N-(2-(6-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일)-에틸)-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시)-벤질아민의 하이드로클로라이드 염인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제가 도네페질, 리바스티그민 및 갈란타민 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제1항에 따라 사용하기 위한 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제.
- 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제가 도네페질의 하이드로클로라이드 염인 제1항에 따라 사용하기 위한 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제.
- 5-HT6 수용체 길항제가 N-(2-(6-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일)-에틸)-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시)-벤질아민의 하이드로클로라이드 염이고, 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제가 도네페질의 하이드로클로라이드 염인 제1항에 따라 사용하기 위한 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 및 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투여 범위가 60 ㎎/일 내지 120 mg/일인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알츠하이머병 환자가 APOE4 이형접합 환자인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알츠하이머병 환자가 APOE4/4 동형접합 환자인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알츠하이머병 환자가 경증 내지 중등도 알츠하이머병으로 진단받은 APOE4/4 동형접합 환자인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알츠하이머병 환자가 경증 내지 중등도 알츠하이머병으로 진단받은 APOE4 이형접합 환자인 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 및 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 5-HT6 수용체 길항제가 N-(2-(6-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일)-에틸)-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시)-벤질-아민 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염이고, 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제가 도네페질 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 5-HT6 수용체 길항제가 N-(2-(6-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일)-에틸)-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오로프로폭시)-벤질아민의 하이드로클로라이드 염이고, 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제가 도네페질의 하이드로클로라이드 염인 약제학적 조성물.
- 알츠하이머병의 치료 방법으로서, 알츠하이머병 환자가 1개 또는 2개의 ApoE4 대립형질을 보유하고, 환자가 아세틸콜린에스테라제 억제제로 치료 중이며, 방법이 5-HT6 수용체 길항제 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 추가적인 투여를 포함하는 방법.
