Claims (15)
- 제1 전극, 분리막, 및 제2 전극이 교대로 적층된 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체를 내부에 수용하고, 일측으로 개방된 단자홀이 형성되는 캔;
리벳의 형태를 가지고 상기 단자홀을 폐쇄하는 리벳 단자;
상기 캔 및 상기 리벳 단자 사이를 밀봉 및 절연시키는 가스켓;
상기 제1 전극 및 상기 리벳 단자에 양측부가 직접 접촉되어 상기 제1 전극과 상기 리벳 단자 사이를 전기적으로 연결하는 제1 전극리드; 및
상기 제2 전극과 상기 캔 사이를 전기적으로 연결하는 제2 전극리드를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 캔은
일측으로 개방된 개구부가 형성되고, 내부에 상기 전극 조립체가 수용되는 수용부가 형성된 몸체; 및
상기 몸체의 개구부를 덮고, 상기 단자홀이 형성된 덮개를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 몸체 및 상기 덮개 사이를 고정 및 밀봉하는 용접부를 더 포함하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체는 상기 제1 전극, 상기 분리막, 및 상기 제2 전극이 권취되어 원기둥 형태로 형성되고,
상기 캔은 원통형으로 형성되며,
상기 리벳 단자는 상기 단자홀을 관통하는 중앙부와; 상기 캔의 외측에 위치되어 상기 중앙부에서 상기 전극 조립체의 폭방향으로 연장된 외측부; 및 상기 캔의 내측에 위치되어 상기 중앙부에서 상기 전극 조립체의 폭방향으로 연장된 내측부를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 가스켓은
상기 리벳 단자의 중앙부, 외측부, 및 내측부와 상기 덮개 사이를 따라 일체로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자의 외측부 및 내측부는 동일한 폭으로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자의 외측부 및 상기 내측부는 평면도 상으로 원형으로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자의 외측부 및 내측부는 동일한 지름으로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자의 외측부 외경은 상기 캔의 외경의 80%이하로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자의 내측부 외경은 상기 캔의 외경의 30%이상으로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극리드는 상기 리벳 단자의 내측부에 접속되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극리드는
상기 전극 조립체와 마주보는 상기 내측부의 대응면을 따라 연장되며 상기 내측부에 접속되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자의 내측부의 두께(t)는 0.15~0.30mm로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 리벳 단자는 연강, 알루미늄, 구리 재질을 포함하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지는 코인 셀(Coin cell)형인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
