Description

Claims (17)
- NMDA 수용체 신경정신 질환(NMDA receptor neuropsychiatric disorder)의 치료를 필요로 하는 인간 대상체에서, 상기 치료에 이용하기 위한 조성물로서, 상기 조성물은,
NMDA 수용체 길항제로 이루어진 제1 제제; 및
레보밀나시프란(levomilnacipran), 밀나시프란(milnacipran), 빌라자돈(vilazadone), 보티옥세틴(vortioxetine), S-미르타자핀(S-mirtazapine) 및 R-미르타자핀(R-mirtazapine)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 항-우울제(anti-depressant)로 이루어진 제2 제제;의 치료학적 유효량을 포함하고,
상기 NMDA 수용체 신경정신 질환은 우울증(depression), 강박장애(obsessive compulsive disorder), 및 불안장애(anxiety disorder)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 제제는 순-길항 용량(net antagonistic dose)으로 제공된 D - 사이클로세린(D - cycloserine)인 것인, 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 D - 사이클로세린은 500 mg/일(day) 이상 내지 1000 mg/일 이하의 용량으로 투여되고, 상기 대상체에서 25 μg/mL을 초과하는 평균 혈장 수준을 생성하도록 제형화되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 D - 사이클로세린은 7.5-12.5 mg/kg/일의 용량으로 투여되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 제제는 케타민(ketamine), GlyX-13, NRX-1074, NYX-2925, AGN-241751 및 가베스티넬(Gavestinel)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 NMDA 수용체 신경정신 질환은 우울증인 것인, 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 우울증은 주요 우울증(major depression), 주요 우울장애(major depressive disorder), 비정형 우울증(atypical depression), 초조 우울증(agitated depression), 멜랑콜리형 우울증(melancholic depression) 또는 기분저하 장애(dysthymic disorder)인 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 우울증은 양극성 장애(bipolar disorder)인 것인, 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극성 장애는 제I형 양극성 우울장애 (bipolar type I depressive disorder) 또는 제2형 양극성 우울장애 (bipolar type 2 depressive disorder)인 것인, 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극성 장애는 양극성 우울증(bipolar depression)과 관련된 우울 삽화(depressive episode) 또는 혼재성 삽화(mixed episode)와 관련된 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 상기 대상체에서 우울증의 증상을 감소시키거나, 자살 발생률(suicide incidence)을 감소시키거나, 또는 자살 관념(suicide ideation)을 치료하는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재된 질환은 자살 경향성(suicidality)과 관련된 것인, 조성물.
- NMDA 수용체 길항제로 이루어진 제1 제제; 및
