Description
도 1b는 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물의 1H NMR(CDCl3, 500 MHz) 스펙트럼이다.
도 2는 과산화수소 존재 하에서 BOR-DOX의 약물 활성화 반응의 모식도 이다.
도 3은 과산화수소 존재 하에서 시간의 흐름에 따른 테라노스틱 항암제 전구체 (BOR-DOX)의 형광 방출 세기의 변화와(A), 과산화수소의 농도에 따른 BOR-DOX의 형광 방출의 세기와 시간의 경과에 따라 방출되는 형과의 세기 변화를 나타낸 도면이다(B).
도 4는 유방암 세포주에서 독소루비신(DOX) 및 BOR-DOX의 농도별 세포생존율을 비교확인한 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 과산화수소에 의해 보론-탄소 결합이 분해되어 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 과산화수소에 의해 분해되어 여기 파장(emission wavelength) 470-490 nm, 방출 파장(excitation wavelength) 560-590 nm의 적색 형광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 약학적 조성물은 과산화수소의 존재 하에서 활성화 되어 암세포의 세포사멸을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 약학적 조성물은 과산화수소의 존재 하에서 활성화되어 글루타치온(glutathione: GSH)을 소거함으로써 세포 내의 과산화수소의 양을 증가시켜 상기 약학적 조성물의 활성을 가속화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 암은 유방암, 간암, 대장암, 및 전립선암으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 암인 것을 특징으로 하는, 약학적 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 과산화수소의 존재 하에서 여기 파장(emission wavelength) 470-490 nm, 방출 파장(excitation wavelength) 560-590 nm의 적색 형광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 암의 진단 또는 영상화용 조성물.
- 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물을 N, N'-디메틸포름아미드(dimethylformamide: DMF) 용매 하에서 트리에틸아민(Triethylamine: TEA) 및 파라-나이트로페닐클로로포르메이트(p-Nitrophenylchloroformate)과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물을 제조하는 단계 및
하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물을 N, N'-디메틸포름아미드 용매 하에서 트리에틸아민(Triethylamine: TEA) 및 독소루비신(Doxorubicin: DOX)과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물의 제조 방법.
