Claims (10)
- 제1 클러치를 통해 엔진 출력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 제1 입력축;
중공축으로 이루어져 상기 제1 입력축의 외주 측에 회전 간섭 없이 중첩 배치되며, 제2 클러치를 통해 엔진 출력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 제2 입력축;
상기 제1 입력축의 외주 측에 회전 간섭 없이 배치되는 동력 전달축;
상기 제1 입력축과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 제1 중간축;
상기 제1 입력축 상에 배치되어 제1 선기어가 상기 동력 전달축에 고정 연결되고, 제1 유성캐리어가 상기 제2 입력축과 고정 연결되고, 제1 링기어의 외주 측에 중간 출력기어를 일체로 형성하여 입력되는 회전동력을 변속하여 출력하는 제1 유성기어세트와, 상기 제1 중간축 상에 배치되어 제2 선기어가 상기 제1 중간축에 고정 연결되고, 제2 링기어가 제1 브레이크를 통해 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되며, 입력되는 회전동력을 변속하여 제2 유성캐리어를 통해 출력하는 제2 유성기어세트를 포함하는 복합 변속부;
상기 제1 입력축 및 동력 전달축과 상기 제1 중간축에 사이에 상호 외접 기어로 연결되어 상기 제1 입력축 및 동력 전달축으로부터 상기 제1 중간축으로 입력되는 회전동력을 기어비에 따라 변속하여 상기 복합 변속부의 제2 선기어로 다시 전달하는 고정 변속부; 및
상기 제1 입력축과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 상기 제1 중간축과 동일 축선 상에 배치되며, 상기 복합 변속부의 제1 링기어와 제2 유성캐리어로부터 입력되는 회전동력을 디프렌셜을 포함하는 종감속 기어로 전달하는 출력축;
을 포함하는 차량용 변속장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출력축은
상기 복합 변속부의 제2 유성캐리어와 고정 연결되고, 일측에 일체로 형성되는 출력축 입력기어를 통해 상기 제1 링기어에 형성된 중간 출력기어와 외접 기어 연결되는 차량용 변속장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1, 제2 유성기어세트는
각각 싱글 피니언 유성기어세트로 이루어지는 차량용 변속장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정 변속부는
상기 제1 입력축과 상기 동력 전달축에 고정 연결되는 제1 구동기어; 및
상기 제1 중간축에 고정 연결되어 상기 제1 구동기어와 외접 기어 연결되는 제1 피동기어로 이루어지는 차량용 변속장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정 변속부는
상기 동력 전달축에 고정 연결되는 제1 구동기어;
상기 제1 중간축에 고정 연결되어 상기 제1 구동기어와 외접 기어 연결되는 제1 피동기어;
상기 제1 입력축 상에 회전 가능하게 배치되는 제2 구동기어;
상기 제1 중간축에 고정 연결되어 상기 제2 구동기어와 외접 기어 연결되는 제2 피동기어; 및
상기 제1 구동기어와 제2 구동기어를 상기 제1 입력축에 선택적으로 동기 연결하는 제1 싱크로나이저;
를 포함하는 차량용 변속장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 구동기어와 제1 피동기어는 전진 1속과 5속을 위한 기어비로 이루어지고,
상기 제2 구동기어와 제2 피동기어는 전진 2속과 4속을 위한 기어비로 이루어지는 차량용 변속장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정 변속부는
중공축으로 이루어져 상기 제1, 제2 입력축 사이에 회전 간섭 없이 중첩 배치되며, 제3 클러치를 통해 엔진 출력축에 선택적으로 연결되는 제3 입력축;
상기 제1 입력축과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되어 동력 연결되는 제2 중간축을 더 포함하며,
상기 동력 전달축에 고정 연결되는 제1 구동기어;
상기 제1 중간축에 고정 연결되어 상기 제1 구동기어와 외접 기어 연결되는 제1 피동기어;
상기 제3 입력축 상에 회전 가능하게 배치되는 제2 구동기어;
상기 제1 중간축에 고정 연결되어 상기 제2 구동기어와 외접 기어 연결되는 제2 피동기어;
상기 제1 구동기어와 제2 구동기어를 상기 제3 입력축에 선택적으로 동기 연결하는 제1 싱크로나이저;

상기 제2 구동기어와 제2 피동기어는 전진 1속과 9속을 위한 기어비로 이루어지고,
