Claims (5)
- 선박에 마련되며 액화석유가스를 상기 선박의 추진용 엔진에 연료로 공급하는 연료공급시스템부;
상기 선박의 카고 탱크로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 재액화하여 상기 카고 탱크로 공급하는 재액화부; 및
상기 선박에 마련되며 질소를 생성하는 질소 생성기; 를 포함하고,
상기 연료공급시스템부의 셧다운(shutdown) 시, 상기 질소 생성기에서 생성된 질소는 상기 재액화부에서 가압되어 상기 연료공급시스템부를 퍼징(purging)하도록 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 질소 퍼징 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 연료공급시스템부는 상기 액화석유가스가 저장되는 서비스 탱크를 포함하고,
상기 질소 생성기에서 생성된 질소는 상기 재액화부에서 상기 서비스 탱크의 작동 압력(operation pressure)보다 1 내지 10 bar 높게 가압되어 상기 연료공급시스템부로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 질소 퍼징 시스템. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 재액화부는 상기 증발가스를 압축하는 복수의 카고 컴프레서를 포함하는 선박의 질소 퍼징 시스템. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 질소 생성기에서 생성된 질소는 상기 복수의 카고 컴프레서 중 어느 하나에서 압축되어 상기 연료공급시스템부로 공급되고,
동시에 나머지 상기 카고 컴프레서에서는 상기 증발가스를 압축하여 재액화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 질소 퍼징 시스템. - 선박에 액화석유가스를 상기 선박의 추진용 엔진에 연료로 공급하는 연료공급시스템부와, 상기 선박의 카고 탱크로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 재액화하여 상기 카고 탱크로 공급하는 재액화부를 포함하는 선박에서,
상기 연료공급시스템부의 셧다운(shutdown) 시, 질소 생성기로 질소를 생성하고 상기 재액화부에서 가압하여 상기 연료공급시스템부에 공급하여 상기 연료공급시스템부를 퍼징(purging)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 질소 퍼징 방법.
