Claims (16)
- 촉매 입자가 담지된 탄소재; 및
황-탄소 복합체;를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자는 금속 산화물 또는 금속 황화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 세륨, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 티타늄, 구리, 카드뮴, 납, 망간, 안티몬, 아연, 바나듐 및 비소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자의 평균 입경은 0.1 내지 500nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자는 촉매 입자가 담지된 탄소재 총 중량에 대하여 10 내지 50 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자가 담지된 탄소재는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 총 중량에 대하여 2.2 내지 18.5 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질은 리튬-황 전지용 양극 활물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- (1)금속 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계;
(2)상기 금속 전구체 용액을 탄소재와 혼합하여 촉매 입자가 담지된 탄소재를 제조하는 단계;
(3)다공성 탄소재 및 황을 혼합하여 황-탄소 복합체를 제조하는 단계; 및
(4)상기 촉매 입자가 담지된 탄소재 및 황-탄소 복합체를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속 전구체는 세륨, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 티타늄, 구리, 카드뮴, 납, 망간, 안티몬, 아연, 바나듐 및 비소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속의 질산염, 염산염, 황산염 및 아세트산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자가 담지된 탄소재의 촉매 입자는 금속 황화물 또는 금속 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자가 금속 황화물일 경우,
티오아세트아마이드 및 티오우레아로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이 용해된 용액과 상기 (1)단계의 금속 전구체 용액을 혼합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질은 리튬-황 전지용 양극 활물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 양극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지용 양극은 리튬-황 전지용 양극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 양극; 음극; 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재되는 분리막; 및 전해액을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지로,
상기 양극은 제13항의 양극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지는 리튬-황 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
