Abstract
Fe: 1.05 내지 1.50질량%, Mn: 0.15 내지 0.70질량%, Ti: 0.002 내지 0.15질량% 및 B: 0.03질량% 미만을 함유하고, 잔부가 Al 및 불순물로 이루어지고, Fe/Mn비가 1.8 내지 7.0으로 규제되고, 불순물로서의 Si가 0.40질량% 미만, Cu가 0.03질량% 미만, Mg이 0.05질량% 미만, V이 0.03질량% 미만으로 규제된 성분 조성을 갖고, 도전율이 53.0% IACS 이상이고, 연신율의 값이 40% 이상이고, 재결정 조직을 가짐과 함께, 압하율 70%로 냉간 압연을 실시한 후의 인장 강도를 TS70이라고 정의하고, 압하율 95%로 냉간 압연을 실시한 후의 인장 강도를 TS95라고 정의한 때의 (TS95-TS70)의 값이 -1㎫ 미만이고, 압하율 90%로 냉간 압연을 실시한 후의 연신율의 값이 5.0% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 일체형 방폭 밸브 성형용의 전지 덮개용 알루미늄 합금판. 또한 재결정 조직의 재결정립의 평균 결정 입경이 15 내지 30㎛인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (4)
- Fe: 1.05 내지 1.50질량%, Mn: 0.15 내지 0.70질량%, Ti: 0.002 내지 0.15질량% 및 B: 0.03질량% 미만을 함유하고, 잔부가 Al 및 불순물로 이루어지고, Fe/Mn비가 1.8 내지 7.0으로 규제되고, 불순물로서의 Si가 0.40질량% 미만, Cu가 0.03질량% 미만, Mg이 0.05질량% 미만, V이 0.03질량% 미만으로 규제된 성분 조성을 갖고, 도전율이 53.0% IACS 이상이고, 연신율의 값이 40% 이상이고, 재결정 조직을 가짐과 함께, 압하율 70%로 냉간 압연을 실시한 후의 인장 강도를 TS70이라고 정의하고, 압하율 95%로 냉간 압연을 실시한 후의 인장 강도를 TS95라고 정의한 때의 (TS95-TS70)의 값이 -1㎫ 미만이고, 압하율 90%로 냉간 압연을 실시한 후의 연신율의 값이 5.0% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 일체형 방폭 밸브 성형용의 전지 덮개용 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재결정 조직의 재결정립의 평균 결정 입경이 15 내지 30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 방폭 밸브 성형용의 전지 덮개용 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제1항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 알루미늄 합금 용탕을 반연속 주조법에 의해 주괴에 주조하는 슬래브 주조 공정과,
주괴에 520 내지 620℃의 유지 온도, 1시간 이상의 유지 시간에서 균질화 처리를 실시하는 균질화 처리 공정과,
상기 균질화 처리 공정 후, 개시 온도 420 내지 520℃ 미만으로 설정하고, 주괴에 열간 압연을 실시하여 열간 압연판을 얻는 열간 압연 공정과,
상기 열간 압연판에 냉간 압연을 실시하여 냉간 압연판을 얻는 냉간 압연 공정과,
상기 냉간 압연판에 배치로에서 최종 어닐링을 실시하는 최종 어닐링 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 일체형 방폭 밸브 성형용의 전지 덮개용 알루미늄 합금판의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 압연 공정에 있어서, 최종 냉연율 50% 내지 95%의 범위인 최종 냉간 압연을 실시하고,
상기 최종 어닐링 공정에 있어서, 유지 온도 300 내지 450℃에서 1시간 이상의 최종 어닐링을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 방폭 밸브 성형용의 전지 덮개용 알루미늄 합금판의 제조 방법.
