Claims (28)
- 약제를 투여하기 위한 자동 인젝터로서,
- 하우징;
- 제1 스토퍼 및 상기 약제를 담고 있는 카트리지 격실을 포함하는 카트리지를 수용하도록 구성된 카트리지 수용기, 상기 카트리지 격실은 상기 약제의 제1 약제 성분을 담고 있는 제1 카트리지 부격실 및 상기 약제의 제2 약제 성분을 담고 있는 제2 카트리지 부격실을 포함함 ;
- 후퇴 플런저 로드 위치와 연장 플런저 로드 위치 사이에서 플런저 로드를 이동시키도록 결합된 구동 모듈, 이때 상기 플런저 로드는 상기 제1 스토퍼를 이동시키도록 구성됨;
- 상기 구동 모듈에 결합된 처리 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 처리 유닛은:
- 혼합 플런저 로드 속도로 제1 플런저 로드 위치로부터 혼합 플런저 로드 위치로 상기 플런저 로드를 이동시키도록 상기 구동 모듈을 제어하며, 여기서, 상기 혼합 플런저 로드 위치는 상기 제1 스토퍼를 상기 제1 약제 성분이 상기 제2 약제 성분과 혼합되는 위치에 위치시키도록 선택됨; 그리고
- 자동 인젝터의 다수의 완료된 반전이 수행된 후 개시 신호를 제공하도록 구성된,
자동 인젝터. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 처리 유닛은 상기 카트리지 수용기에 수용된 상기 카트리지에서 상기 약제의 온도와 독립적으로 작동하도록 구성된, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 개시 신호는 상기 자동 인젝터의 완료된 반전들의 횟수가 수행된 후 및 상기 제2 카트리지 부격실이 상기 제1 카트리지 부격실과 비교하여 위쪽으로 향할 때 발생되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카트리지의 방향 및/또는 상기 자동 인젝터의 방향을 검출하도록 구성된 방향 센서를 더 포함하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 자동 인젝터의 반전들의 검출은 상기 방향 센서를 사용하여 구현되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제4 항 또는 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 방향 센서는 하나의 가속도계 또는 복수의 가속도계와 같은 하나 이상의 가속도계를 포함하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제4 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방향 센서는 틸트 센서, 3축 가속도계, 단축 가속도계, 자력계 및/또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제4 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방향 센서는 3축 가속도계를 포함하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제4 항 또는 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 방향 센서는 단일 축 또는 다축 자이로스코프 센서를 포함하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 다축 자이로스코프 센서는 3축 자이로스코프 센서인, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 처리 유닛은 또한, 상기 개시 신호를 수신할 때 상기 플런저 로드를 상기 혼합 플런저 로드 위치로부터 제2 플런저 로드 위치로 이동시키도록 구동 모듈을 제어하도록 구성되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 처리 유닛은 또한, 상기 자동 인젝터의 누적 이동에 기초하여 제1 이동 파라미터를 결정하도록 구성되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 이동 파라미터는 상기 자동 인젝터의 완료된 반전들의 횟수를 나타내는, 자동 인젝터. - 제12 항 또는 제13 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 이동 파라미터는 상기 자동 인젝터의 이동 빈도(frequency of movement)를 나타내는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
반전은 디폴트 임계값 이상의 각속도로 수행되는 경우 상기 자동 인젝터에 의해 완료된 반전으로 간주되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 각속도에 대한 상기 디폴트 임계값은 초당 0.3회 이상의 반전들, 예를 들어 초당 0.5회 이상의 반전들의 반전 주파수로 정의되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제15 항 및 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 방향 센서는, 상기 카트리지가 상기 카트리지 수용기에 수용될 때 상기 카트리지의 상기 각속도를 나타내는 각속도 신호를 제공하도록 구성되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반전은 수평면에서 축 주위의 반전인, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
반전은 디폴트 임계값을 초과하는 각도에 스팬(span)하는 경우 상기 자동 인젝터에 의해 완료된 반전으로 간주되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제19 항에 있어서,
상기 각도에 대한 디폴트 임계값은 90도 이상, 예컨대 120도 이상, 바람직하게는 135도 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 150도 이상, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 165도 이상, 예를 들어 180도인, 자동 인젝터. - 제19 항 또는 제20 항에 있어서,
시작 각도 위치는 상기 자동 인젝터의 원위 단부(distal end)가 위쪽으로 향한 제1 수직 방향과 상기 자동 인젝터의 상기 원위 단부가 수평 축을 따라 옆으로 향한 제1 수평 위치 사이에 있고,
종료 각도 위치는 상기 제1 수평 위치에서와 반대 방향으로 상기 자동 인젝터의 상기 원위 단부가 수평 축을 따라 옆으로 향하는 제2 수평 위치와 상기 자동 인젝터의 상기 원위 단부가 아래쪽으로 향한 제2 수직 방향 사이에 있고,
제1 각도 위치와 제2 각도 위치 사이의 각도에 대한 상기 디폴트 임계값은 90도 이상, 예컨대 120도 이상, 바람직하게는 135도 이상, 보다 바람직하게는 150도 이상, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 165도 이상, 예를 들어 180도인 경우에,

상기 처리 유닛은 다수의 반전들이 수행된 후에 에어-샷을 수행하도록 구성되고, 상기 에어-샷은 상기 제2 카트리지 부격실이 상기 제1 카트리지 부격실과 비교하여 위로 향할 때만 수행되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카트리지 수용기는 상기 카트리지 및 카트리지 코드 피쳐를 포함하는 카트리지 어셈블리를 수용하도록 구성되고, 상기 자동 인젝터는 상기 카트리지 코드 피쳐를 판독하도록 구성된 코드 센서를 포함하고, 상기 처리 유닛은 상기 코드 센서에 결합되고 또한 상기 카트리지 코드 피쳐를 나타내는 코드 신호를 상기 코드 센서로부터 수신하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제25 항에 있어서,
상기 카트리지 코드 피쳐는 상기 카트리지의 약제에 필요한 완료된 반전들의 횟수를 정의하는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제26 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 각속도의 임계값 및/또는 상기 각의 임계값은 상기 자동 인젝터 또는 상기 카트리지 코드 피쳐에 의해 정의되는, 자동 인젝터. - 제1 항 내지 제27 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
완료된 반전들의 횟수는 측정된 반전 각도 및 사용자에 의해 수동으로 반전이 실행되는 각속도에 의존하는, 자동 인젝터.
