Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 제제로서, 단일 제제 내에 다음의 3개의 성분, 즉, 중합체 입자의 음이온적으로 안정화된 분산액, 중합체성 폴리아민 및 무기 충전제를 포함하며,
(a) 상기 음이온적으로 안정화된 분산액의 상기 중합체 입자는 ASTM E1131-08에 의해 측정하였을 때 상기 제제의 총 중량을 기준으로 28 중량% 이상 및 동시에 45 중량% 이하의 농도로 존재하고;
(b) 상기 음이온적으로 안정화된 분산액의 상기 중합체 입자는 (메트)아크릴 중합체 및 스티렌-아크릴 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체를 포함하고; 상기 중합체는 평균적으로,
(i) 상기 중합체 내의 모든 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.7 중량% 이상 및 5.0 중량% 이하의 중합된 아크릴산; 및
(ii) 상기 중합체 내의 모든 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 이상 및 5.0 중량% 이하의, 아크릴산 이외의 중합된 산을 함유하고;
(c) 상기 음이온적으로 안정화된 분산액의 상기 중합체 입자는,
(i) Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS90을 사용하여 90도 광산란에 의해 측정하였을 때 200 나노미터 이상 및 600 나노미터 이하의 평균 입자 크기; 및
(ii) ASTM E-1356-08에 따라 측정하였을 때 -55℃ 이상 및 20℃ 이하의 평균 유리 전이 온도를 갖고;
(d) 중합체성 폴리아민의 농도는 열분해 헤드스페이스 가스 크로마토그래피에 의해 측정하였을 때 상기 제제 내의 중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.05 중량% 이상 및 1.0 중량% 미만이고;
(e) 무기 충전제 농도는 ASTM 방법 D5201-05a에 의해 측정하였을 때 상기 제제의 총 부피를 기준으로 10 부피% 이상 및 45 부피% 이하이고;
(f) 상기 제제는 ASTM D5201-05a에 의해 측정하였을 때 60 부피% 이상 및 70 부피% 이하의 고형분이고;
(g) 상기 제제는 15000 센티포이즈 초과의 점도를 가지며;
상기 제제가 레올로지 개질제 증점제를 포함하는 경우, 상기 레올로지 개질제는 비이온성 부피 배제 증점제이고;
상기 중합체 입자의 음이온성 안정화된 분산액은 아미노실란을 포함하지 않고;
상기 제제는 총 제제 중량을 기준으로 500 중량 ppm 미만의 휘발성 염기를 함유하며 4차 폴리(알릴아민)을 포함하지 않고;
상기 제제는 ASTM E-70에 의해 측정하였을 때 6.0 이상 및 8.5 이하의 pH를 가지며;
점도 값은 22℃에서 헬리패스 스핀들 E를 사용하여 5 rpm으로 브룩필드 점도계 모델 DV-I+를 사용하여 측정되는, 제제. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산된 중합체 입자의 중합체 내의, 아크릴산 이외의 상기 중합된 산은 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 포스포에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노메타크릴레이트의 포스페이트 에스테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 하나 초과의 임의의 조합인, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체성 폴리아민은 폴리-옥사졸리디노에틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리(N,N-디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트), 폴리(2-아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트), 폴리에틸렌이민 및 중합체성 아미노실록산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 하나 초과의 임의의 조합인, 제제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중합체성 폴리아민은 폴리(옥사졸리디노에틸 메타크릴레이트), 분지형 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리(N,N-디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트), 폴리(아미노에틸 아미노프로필 실록산) 및 폴리(2-아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전제는 금속 산화물, 탄산칼슘 및 나트륨-칼륨 알루미나 실리케이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 물질 또는 하나 초과의 물질의 임의의 조합인, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 추가로, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸 메틸 셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐 알코올 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 레올로지 개질제를 포함하는, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 추가로 레올로지 개질제를 상기 제제의 총 중량을 기준으로 0 중량% 초과 및 1.0 중량% 이하의 농도로 포함하는, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제제의 pH가 ASTM E-70에 의해 측정할 때 7.5 미만인, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 폴리이민을 포함하지 않는, 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체성 폴리아민은 히드록실 작용기 당 4.0개 이상의 아민 작용기를 함유하는, 제제.
