Claims (20)
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 기가 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소-프로필, 부틸, 이소-부틸, 및 치환된 알킬로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 조건 중 적어도 하나가 존재하는 것인 방법:
적어도 하나의 염기는 아민임;
중합체성 디올은 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올, 폴리아미드 폴리올, 아크릴 폴리올 및 그의 조합으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 중합체성 디올을 포함함;
폴리이소시아네이트 및 디이소시아네이트 중 적어도 하나는 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 방향족 디이소시아네이트 및 그의 조합으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 디이소시아네이트임; 및
친수성 작용제는 디메틸올 프로피온산, 디메틸올 부탄산 및 그의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨. - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 용매가 N-메틸 카프로락탐, N-에틸 카프로락탐, 및 N-부틸 카프로락탐 중 적어도 둘의 블렌드를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 블렌드가 제1 용매와 제2 용매의 합산된 중량을 기준으로 하여 25-75 wt.% 범위의 제1 용매 및 75-25 wt.% 범위의 제2 용매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1 용매가 N-메틸 카프로락탐이고, 제2 용매가 N-에틸 카프로락탐인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 블렌드가 제1 용매와 제2 용매의 합산된 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 50 wt.%의 N-메틸 카프로락탐 및 약 50 wt.%의 N-에틸 카프로락탐을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 블렌드가 제1 용매 및 제2 용매를 포함하며, 제1 용매와 제2 용매 사이의 비가 2:1, 1:1, 또는 1:2 중 하나인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블로킹제를 사용하여 예비-중합체를 적어도 부분적으로 블로킹하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 물과 카프로락탐-유도된 N-알킬 용매 및 개방 사슬 에스테르 아미드 중 하나의 용액에 분산된, 중합체성 디올, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 디이소시아네이트 중 적어도 하나, 및 친수성 작용제로부터 형성된 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 분산액 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알킬 기가 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소-프로필, 부틸, 이소-부틸 및 치환된 알킬 중 하나인 폴리우레탄 분산액 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 카프로락탐-유도된 N-알킬 용매 및 개방 사슬 에스테르 아미드 중 하나가 분산액의 약 1 wt.% 내지 약 10 wt.%를 구성하는 것인 폴리우레탄 분산액 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 카프로락탐-유도된 N-알킬 용매 및 개방 사슬 에스테르 아미드 중 하나가 조성물의 약 3 wt.% 내지 약 6 wt.%를 구성하는 것인 폴리우레탄 분산액 조성물.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 폴리우레탄 분산액을 형성하는 방법:
적어도 하나의 가공 용매에 용해된, 중합체성 디올, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 디이소시아네이트 중 적어도 하나, 및 친수성 작용제로부터 예비-중합체를 형성하는 단계;
적어도 하나의 염기를 예비-중합체에 첨가하는 단계;
예비-중합체를 물에 분산시키는 단계;
가공 용매를 폴리우레탄 분산액으로부터 제거하는 단계;
유착제를 폴리우레탄 분산액에 첨가하며, 유착제는 하기 화학식 중 하나의 형태인 단계:
여기서 n=0 또는 1이고, R1은 H 또는 메틸이고, R 및 R2는 각각 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소-프로필, 부틸, 및 이소-부틸로부터 선택된 1-5개 탄소의 비치환 또는 치환된 알킬 기임. - 제15항에 있어서, 알킬 기가 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소-프로필, 부틸, 이소-부틸, 및 치환된 알킬로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
