Claims (12)
- 자기 차량의 전방 영역을 감지하는 전방 감지 모듈;
상기 자기 차량의 후측방 영역을 감지하는 적어도 하나의 후방 감지 모듈; 및
상기 전방 감지 모듈 및 상기 적어도 하나의 후방 감지 모듈 중 적어도 하나에 의해 감지된 타겟 차량의 전방 좌표를 측정하고, 상기 전방 좌표가 기설정된 상기 자기 차량의 사각지대 경보 영역에 위치하는지 여부에 기초하여 경보의 출력 여부를 결정하는 경보 제어 모듈을 포함하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경보 제어 모듈은,
상기 전방 감지 모듈의 감지 결과에 기초하여 획득된 상기 타겟 차량의 제1 종방향 길이와 상기 후방 감지 모듈에 의해 감지된 상기 타겟 차량의 기준 좌표 및 제2 종방향 길이에 기초하여 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 전방 좌표를 측정하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경보 제어 모듈은,
상기 전방 감지 모듈에 의해 감지된 상기 타겟 차량의 차량 종류를 확인하고, 상기 확인된 차량 종류에 대응하여 기설정된 차량의 종방향 길이를 상기 타겟 차량의 제1 종방향 길이로 추정하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 후방 감지 모듈에 의해 감지된 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 제2 종방향 길이는 상기 제1 종방향 길이 이하인 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경보 제어 모듈은,
상기 제1 종방향 길이와 상기 제2 종방향 길이의 차이값을 상기 기준 좌표에 반영하여 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 전방 좌표를 측정하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경보 제어 모듈은,
상기 타겟 차량의 상기 기준 좌표가 상기 기설정된 사각지대 경보 영역 내에 위치한 상태에서 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 전방 좌표가 상기 기설정된 사각지대 경보 영역 외에 위치하면 경보의 해제를 결정하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 후방 감지 모듈은 제1 후방 감지 모듈과 제2 후방 감지 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 경보 제어 모듈은,
상기 제1 후방 감지 모듈의 감지 결과에 기초하여 획득된 상기 타겟 차량의 제1 종방향 길이와 상기 제2 후방 감지 모듈에 의해 감지된 상기 타겟 차량의 기준 좌표 및 제2 종방향 길이에 기초하여 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 전방 좌표를 측정하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 후방 감지 모듈은 상기 타겟 차량의 이미지를 획득하고,
상기 제2 후방 감지 모듈은 상기 타겟 차량의 측면 중 적어도 일부의 길이를 감지하는 사각지대 감지 장치. - 자기 차량의 전방 영역을 감지하는 단계;
상기 자기 차량의 후측방 영역을 감지하는 단계; 및
상기 자기 차량의 전방 영역 및 상기 자기 차량의 후측방 영역 중 적어도 하나의 영역에서 감지된 타겟 차량의 전방 좌표를 측정하고, 상기 전방 좌표가 기설정된 사각지대 경보 영역에 위치하는지 여부에 기초하여 경보의 출력 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 사각지대 감지 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 경보의 출력 여부를 결정하는 단계는,
상기 자기 차량의 전방 영역을 감지한 결과에 기초하여 획득된 상기 타겟 차량의 제1 종방향 길이와 상기 자기 차량의 후측방 영역에서 감지된 상기 타겟 차량의 기준 좌표 및 제2 종방향 길이에 기초하여 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 전방 좌표를 측정하는 사각지대 감지 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 경보의 출력 여부를 결정하는 단계는,
상기 자기 차량의 전방 영역에서 감지된 상기 타겟 차량의 차량 종류를 확인하고, 상기 확인된 차량 종류에 대응하여 기설정된 차량 전체의 종방향 길이를 상기 타겟 차량의 제1 종방향 길이로 추정하는 사각지대 감지 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 경보의 출력 여부를 결정하는 단계는,
상기 제1 종방향 길이와 상기 제2 종방향 길이의 차이값을 상기 기준 좌표에 반영하여 상기 타겟 차량의 상기 전방 좌표를 측정하는 사각지대 감지 방법.
