Claims (20)
- 기재,
상기 기재 위에 위치하고 두께가 50㎛ 이상인 자가복원층,
상기 기재와 상기 자가복원층 사이에 위치하는 보호층, 그리고
상기 자가복원층 위에 위치하고 20nm 내지 300nm 두께를 가진 표면층
을 포함하고,
상기 자가복원층은 제1 탄성 모듈러스를 가지고 상기 보호층은 제2 탄성 모듈러스를 가지고,
상기 제2 탄성 모듈러스는 상기 제1 탄성 모듈러스보다 1.2배 내지 50배 크며,
상기 표면층의 마찰계수는 1 이하인 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 기재는 제3 탄성 모듈러스를 가지는 고분자 기재이고,
상기 제2 탄성 모듈러스는 상기 제3 탄성 모듈러스보다 작은 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 제1 탄성 모듈러스는 0.1MPa 내지 100MPa인 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 보호층과 상기 자가복원층은 각각 가교 구조를 가진 고분자를 포함하고,
상기 보호층의 가교 밀도는 상기 자가복원층의 가교 밀도보다 높은 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 보호층과 상기 자가복원층은 각각 독립적으로 다관능성 우레탄, 다관능성 에폭시, 다관능성 우레아 또는 이들의 조합의 경화물을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 자가복원층은 (메타)아크릴레이트기와 6개 이상의 우레탄기를 가지는 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트의 경화물을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제6항에서,
상기 자가복원층은 실리카, 금속 산화물, 치환 또는 비치환된 폴리헤드랄실세스퀴옥산 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 적층체.
- 제6항에서,
상기 보호층은 2개 이상의 (메타)아크릴레이트기와 상기 자가복원층의 우레탄기의 개수보다 적은 우레탄기를 가지는 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트의 경화물을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제8항에서,
상기 보호층은 실리카, 금속 산화물, 치환 또는 비치환된 폴리헤드랄실세스퀴옥산 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 표면층은 실리콘 (메타)아크릴레이트, 불소 (메타)아크릴레이트, 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리로타세인 또는 이들의 조합의 경화물을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제10항에서,
상기 표면층은 실리카, 금속 산화물, 치환 또는 비치환된 폴리헤드랄실세스퀴옥산 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 표면층은 폴리로타세인, 불소 (메타)아크릴레이트 및 폴리헤드랄실세스퀴옥산의 경화물을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 보호층은 20㎛ 내지 100㎛ 두께를 가지는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 자가복원층은 50㎛ 내지 100㎛ 두께를 가지는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 제2 탄성 모듈러스는 상기 제1 탄성 모듈러스보다 2배 내지 10배 큰 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 기재는 폴리에틸렌프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리아미드이미드 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항에서,
100도 이상의 접촉각 및 6H 이상의 연필경도를 동시에 만족하고,
상기 연필 경도는 1kg 하중으로 스크래치 형성 후 50℃에서 3분 후 스크래치가 관찰되지 않는 최대 연필 경도인
적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적층체를 포함하는 윈도우 필름.
- 제18항에서,
상기 윈도우 필름은 플렉서블 윈도우 필름인 윈도우 필름.
- 제18항에 따른 윈도우 필름을 포함하는 전자 기기.
