Abstract
실시형태에 관한 프리폼 부형 방법은, 시트형 섬유를 적층함으로써 섬유의 적층체를 제작하는 단계와, 상기 섬유의 적층체에 가요성을 갖는 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나를 배치하는 단계와, 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나가 배치된 상태로 상기 섬유의 적층체를 틀에 대고 눌러서 가압함으로써 부형후의 형상을 갖는 프리폼을 제작하는 단계를 포함하는 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 시트형 섬유를 적층함으로써 섬유의 적층체를 제작하는 단계와,
상기 섬유의 적층체에 가요성을 갖는 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나를 배치하는 단계와,
상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나가 배치된 상태로 상기 섬유의 적층체를 틀에 대고 눌러서 가압함으로써 부형 후의 형상을 갖는 프리폼을 제작하는 단계
를 포함하는 프리폼 부형 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부자재로서 상기 프리폼에 대한 수지의 함침을 촉진시키기 위한 플로우 미디어 및 상기 프리폼을 소재로 하여 성형되는 복합재의 표면에서의 접착성을 개선하기 위한 필플라이 중 적어도 하나를 배치하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부품으로서 내뢰용의 구리 메쉬를 배치하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나로서 시트형, 메쉬형 또는 벨트형의 물체를 배치하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 바인더를 부착시킨 시트형 섬유를 적층함으로써 상기 섬유의 적층체를 제작하는 한편, 상기 가압 시에 가열함으로써 상기 바인더로 상기 부형 후의 상기 프리폼의 형상을 유지하도록 하고,
상기 가압 전에 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나를 상기 바인더로 상기 섬유의 적층체에 임시 고정하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나를 상기 섬유의 적층체에 임시 고정하기 위해 바인더를 보충하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 바인더로서 열가소성 바인더를 사용하고, 상기 가압 시에 상기 열가소성 바인더를 가열하여 열융착시킴으로써 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나를 상기 섬유의 적층체에 고정하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 국소 가열에 의해 상기 바인더로 상기 시트형 섬유를 임시 고정하면서 적층하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나가 배치된 상태에서의 상기 섬유의 적층체를 배깅(bagging)하고, 대기압을 이용하여 상기 틀에 대고 누름으로써 상기 프리폼을 제작하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부자재 및 부품 중 적어도 하나가 배치된 상태에서의 상기 섬유의 적층체를 상부틀과 하부틀 사이에 끼워 넣고 가압함으로써 상기 프리폼을 제작하는 것인 프리폼 부형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 프리폼 부형 방법으로 제작된 상기 프리폼에 수지를 함침시켜 경화함으로써 복합재를 제작하는 복합재 성형 방법.
