Claims (17)
- 제1저전위전압과, 상기 제1저전위전압보다 전압레벨이 낮은 제2저전위전압을 전달받고 상기 제1저전위전압과 상기 제2저전위전압 중 하나의 전압을 선택하고 출력하되, 모드선택신호에 대응하여 제1모드에서는 상기 제1저전위전압을 선택하고 제2모드에서는 상기 제2저전위전압을 출력하는 선택부; 및
고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압을 전달받아 상기 고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압 사이의 전압레벨을 갖는 클럭신호를 출력하는 제1출력단과, 상기 선택부에서 선택된 상기 제1저전위전압 또는 상기 제2저전위전압에 대응하는 직류신호를 출력하는 제2출력단을 구비하는 레벨쉬프터를 포함하는 게이트드라이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 클럭신호와 상기 직류신호를 전달받아 게이트신호를 출력하되, 상기 제1모드에서 상기 게이트신호의 전압레벨을 상기 고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압을 반복되게 하고, 상기 제2모드에서 상기 게이트신호의 전압레벨을 상기 고전위전압, 상기 제2저전위전압, 제1저전위전압, 상기 고저전위전압의 순서로 변경되어 출력되게 하는 게이트신호생성회로를 포함하는 게이트드라이버.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 레벨쉬프터는 제어로직;
상기 제어로직에 의해 제어되고 상기 고전위전압, 상기 제1저전위전압을 이용하여 상기 클럭신호를 출력하는 클럭신호생성부; 및
상기 제어로직에 의해 제어되어 상기 게이트신호생성회로를 제어하는 제어신호생성부를 포함할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모드선택신호를 타이밍 컨트롤러로부터 전달받되, 상기 타이밍 컨트롤러는 상기 제1모드에서 센싱신호를 출력하고, 상기 제2모드에서 영상신호를 출력하는 구동회로.
- 복수의 데이터라인과 복수의 게이트라인이 교차하며, 상기 복수의 데이터라인과 상기 복수의 게이트라인이 교차하는 영역에 정의되는 복수의 서브픽셀을 포함하는 표시패널;

제1저전위전압과, 상기 제1저전위전압보다 전압레벨이 낮은 제2저전위전압을 전달받고 상기 제1저전위전압과 상기 제2저전위전압 중 하나의 전압을 선택하고 출력하되, 모드선택신호에 대응하여 제1모드에서는 상기 제1저전위전압을 선택하고 제2모드에서는 상기 제2저전위전압을 출력하는 선택부; 및
고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압을 전달받아 상기 고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압 사이의 전압레벨을 갖는 펄스신호를 출력하는 제1출력단과, 상기 선택부에서 선택된 상기 제1저전위전압 또는 상기 제2저전위전압에 대응하는 직류신호를 출력하는 제2출력단을 구비하는 레벨쉬프터를 포함하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 게이트드라이버는 상기 클럭신호와 상기 직류신호를 전달받아 게이트신호를 출력하되, 상기 제1모드에서 상기 게이트신호의 전압레벨을 상기 고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압을 반복되게 하고, 상기 제2모드에서 상기 게이트신호의 전압레벨을 상기 고전위전압, 상기 제2저전위전압, 제1저전위전압, 상기 고저전위전압의 순서로 변경되어 출력되게 하는 게이트신호생성회로를 포함하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 게이트신호생성회로는 상기 표시패널 상에 배치되어 상기 복수의 게이트라인과 연결되는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 레벨쉬프터는 제어로직;
상기 제어로직에 의해 제어되고 상기 고전위전압, 상기 제1저전위전압을 이용하여 상기 클럭신호를 출력하는 클럭신호생성부; 및
상기 제어로직에 의해 제어되어 상기 게이트신호생성회로를 제어하는 제어신호생성부를 포함할 수 있다.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 타이밍컨트롤러는 상기 제1모드에서 상기 데이터드라이버가 상기 데이터라인으로 센싱신호에 대응하는 센싱전압을 출력하도록 제어하고 상기 제2모드에서 상기 데이터드라이버가 상기 데이터라인으로 데이터신호에 대응하는 데이터전압을 출력하도록 제어하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 각 서브픽셀은,
고전위전압이 전달되는 제1전원라인에 연결된 제1노드에 제1전극이 연결되고 제2노드에 게이트전극이 연결되며 제3노드에 제2전극이 연결되는 제1트랜지스터;
상기 데이터라인에 제1전극이 연결되고 상기 게이트라인에 게이트전극이 연결되며 상기 제2노드에 제2전극이 연결되는 제2트랜지스터;
상기 제3노드에 제1전극이 연결되고 센싱신호라인에 게이트전극이 연결되며 레퍼런스전압을 전달하는 제2전원라인에 제2전극이 연결되는 제3트랜지스터;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제3노드 사이에 연결되는 캐패시터; 및
제1전극이 상기 제3노드에 연결되고 제2전극이 저전위전압에 연결되는 유기발광다이오드를 포함하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제3노드와 연결되는 전류센싱부를 포함하고, 상기 전류센싱부는 상기 제3노드에 흐르는 전류를 센싱하여 상기 서브픽셀의 특성값에 대응하는 정보를 출력하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 전류센싱부는 적분기를 포함하고, 상기 적분기는 상기 제3노드에 흐르는 전류에 의해 생성된 센싱전압과 기설정된 기준전압을 비교하여 상기 서브픽셀의 특성값에 대응하는 정보를 출력하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1모드와 제2모드는 교번적으로 반복되는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1모드는 상기 표시패널의 구동이 시작될 때 수행되는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제1모드에서 게이트신호에 대응하여 센싱전압을 서브픽셀에 공급하는 단계; 및
제2모드에서 상기 게이트신호에 대응하여 데이터전압을 서브픽셀에 공급하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 제1모드에서 상기 게이트신호의 전압레벨은 제1저전위전압, 고전위 전압, 제2저전위전압, 제1저전위전압의 순서로 변경되고,
상기 제2모드에서 상기 게이트신호의 전압레벨은 상기 제1저전위전압, 상기 고전위전압을 반복하는 유기발광표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제1모드에서 상기 고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압 사이의 전압레벨을 갖는 펄스신호와, 상기 제2저전위전압의 전압레벨을 갖는 직류신호를 전달받아 상기 게이트신호를 출력하는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2모드에서 상기 고전위전압과 상기 제1저전위전압 사이의 전압레벨을 갖는 펄스신호와, 상기 제1저전위전압의 전압레벨을 갖는 직류신호를 전달받아 상기 게이트신호를 출력하는 유기발광표시장치.
