Claims (3)
- 냉각실 내에 설치되는 차압냉각장치로서,
내부에 공간이 형성되며, 해당 공간과 외부를 연통하는 복수의 흡기구가 상하방향에서 서로 다른 위치에 형성된 차압실;
상기 차압실의 상방에 설치되어 상기 공간 내를 부압으로 하는 팬;을 구비하며,
상기 복수의 흡기구에 있어서, 하방에 위치하는 흡기구는 상방에 위치하는 다른 흡기구보다 개구면적이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는,
차압냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 흡기구 각각에는, 복수의 펀치공이 형성된 펀칭판이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차압냉각장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
하방에 위치하는 흡기구에 설치된 펀칭판에 형성된 펀치공은, 상방에 위치하는 다른 흡기구에 설치된 다른 펀칭판에 형성된 펀치공보다도 큰 직경으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차압냉각장치.
