Claims (4)
- 복수의 단전지와 1개 또는 복수의 스페이서가 소정의 배열 방향으로 번갈아 배열되고, 또한, 상기 배열 방향으로 하중이 가해져 구성되어 있는 조전지로서,
상기 단전지는,
정극과 부극을 가지는 전극체와,
상기 전극체를 수용하고, 상기 스페이서와 대향하는 한 쌍의 장측면을 가지는 전지 케이스를 구비하며,
상기 전극체는, 상기 장측면을 따라, 상기 정극과 상기 부극이 절연된 상태로 상기 배열 방향으로 적층되어 이루어지는 반응부를 가지고,
상기 스페이서는, 상기 장측면과 대향하는 면에, 상기 반응부의 일부를 상기 배열 방향으로 가압하는 제 1 가압부를 구비하며,
상기 제 1 가압부는, 상기 장측면의 연직 방향에 직교하는 방향을 폭 방향으로 하였을 때에, 상기 반응부의 상기 폭 방향에 있어서의 중앙부와 한 쌍의 단부를, 각각 상기 연직 방향의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 가압하는 한편, 상기 반응부의 상기 연직 방향에 있어서의 하단으로부터 상단을 향해 1/3의 하방 영역에 대해, 상기 반응부의 상기 폭 방향 전체의 1/2 이상의 길이를 가압하지 않도록 구성되어 있는, 조전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서는, 상기 장측면과 대향하는 면에, 상기 반응부의 일부를 상기 배열 방향으로 가압하는 제 2 가압부를 더 구비하고,
상기 제 2 가압부는, 상기 반응부의 상기 폭 방향에 있어서의 중앙선에 의해 구분되는 2개의 분할 영역에 대해, 각각 상기 분할 영역의 중심점을 포함하는 중심부분을 상기 폭 방향으로 상기 단부보다 긴 길이로 가압하도록 구성되어 있는, 조전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전극체는, 상기 정극과 상기 부극이 절연된 상태로 적층되어 권회된 편평 형상의 권회 전극체이며,
한 쌍의 권회 평탄부와, 상기 한 쌍의 권회 평탄부의 사이에 개재되는 한 쌍의 권회 R부를 가지고,
상기 한 쌍의 권회 R부 중 일방은 상기 연직 방향의 하측에 배치되며, 상기 한 쌍의 권회 평탄부는 상기 한 쌍의 장측면을 따르도록 배치되어 있는, 조전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 가압부는, 상기 폭 방향에 있어서, 상기 반응부의 상기 한 쌍의 단부를, 각각 상기 반응부의 상기 중앙부보다 긴 길이로 가압하도록 구성되어 있는, 조전지.
