도 10은 본 개시내용의 실시예에 따른 변형된 케이블 타이를 포함하는 회전방지 밴드이다.

도 13a 내지 도 13f는 다양한 각도 배향에서 커넥터의 수형 본체의 정지 탭과 상호작용하는 도 12의 3개의 돌기를 갖춘 회전방지 밴드의 단부도이다.
Claims (9)
- 유압 커넥터용 회전방지 밴드로서,
대향하는 자유단을 포함하며 근위 에지를 형성하는 아치형 밴드부와,
복수의 돌기를 포함하고,
각각의 돌기는 기부 및 돌출부를 포함하고,
상기 기부는 상기 밴드부의 내부면으로부터 방사상 내향으로 연장되며 암형 너트의 리세스 내에 수용되도록 구성되며, 상기 돌기의 상기 돌출부는 연결 검증 구조체에 의해 포획되도록 상기 밴드부의 상기 근위 에지를 넘어 측방향으로 연장되는, 회전방지 밴드. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밴드부는 상기 밴드부의 상기 근위 에지로부터 연장되는 표면을 형성하고,
상기 복수의 돌기 각각은 기부를 포함하고, 각각의 기부는 상기 밴드부의 상기 표면으로부터 연장되는, 회전방지 밴드. - 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 돌기는 밴드부로부터 측방향으로 연장되며 기부 및 돌출부를 포함하고,
기부는 회전방지 밴드의 내부면으로부터 방사상 내향으로 돌출되며, 암형 너트의 리세스 내에서의 미끄럼 끼워맞춤을 제공하는 폭을 갖도록 치수가 설정되는, 회전방지 밴드. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 돌기와 제2 돌기 사이의 거리는 제2 돌기와 제3 돌기 사이의 거리와 동일한, 회전방지 밴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 자유단은 자유단을 선택적으로 접합시키기 위한 상보적인 죔쇠 구조체를 포함하는, 회전방지 밴드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1 자유단은 밴드부의 제2 자유단 상의 적어도 하나의 구멍 내에 정합되는 돌출된 바브를 포함하는, 회전방지 밴드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상보적인 죔쇠 구조체는 제1 자유단 상의 스냅 및 스냅을 수용하기 위한 제2 자유단 상의 리셉터클을 포함하는, 회전방지 밴드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1 자유단은 케이블 타이부를 포함하고 제2 자유단은 케이블 타이부를 고정하기 위한 블록을 포함하는, 회전방지 밴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회전방지 밴드와 커플링되는 연결 검증 구조체를 더 포함하고,
연결 검증 구조체는 돌기를 암형 너트 상의 정지 탭과의 결합을 위한 배향으로 유지시키는, 회전방지 밴드.
