도 2는 질산, 염산 또는 황산 각각의, 2 당량에서의 반응 시간과 동의 침출률의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (7)
- 동과 니켈과 코발트를 포함하는 합금을 황화제가 공존하는 조건 하에서 질산과 접촉시켜, 동을 함유하는 고체와 니켈 및 코발트를 함유하는 침출액을 얻는 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황화제가 유황, 황화수소 가스, 황화수소나트륨 및 황화나트륨에서 선택되는 1종류 이상인 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 동과 니켈과 코발트를 포함하는 합금에 대하여, 상기 질산과 상기 황화제를 동시에 접촉시키거나, 또는 상기 황화제를 접촉시킨 후에 상기 질산을 접촉시키는 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 동과 니켈과 코발트를 포함하는 합금이, 리튬 이온 전지의 스크랩을 가열 용융하고, 환원하여 얻은 합금인 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 동과 니켈과 코발트를 포함하는 합금이 분상물이고, 상기 동과 니켈과 코발트를 포함하는 합금의 입경이 300 ㎛ 이하인 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 동을 함유하는 고체와 상기 니켈 및 코발트를 함유하는 침출액을 분리한 후, 상기 니켈 및 코발트를 함유하는 침출액에 잔존하는 동을 제거하는 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 황화, 전해 채취 및 중화 침전에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 방법에 따라, 상기 니켈 및 코발트를 함유하는 침출액에 잔존하는 동을 제거하는 것인 동과 니켈 및 코발트의 분리 방법.
