- 폴리아크릴로니트릴 공중합체가 용매에 용해되어 이루어지는 방사 용액을, 여과 정밀도 B(μm)와 여재 단위면적당 중량 D(g/㎡)를 가지는 필터 여재를 이용하여 여과 속도 A(cm/시간)가 하기 식(1) ~ (3)을 만족하는 조건에서 여과한 후, 상기 여과된 방사 용액을 방사하여 탄소섬유 전구체 섬유 다발을 얻고,

얻어진 탄소섬유 전구체 섬유 다발을 산화성 분위기 하에서 밀도 1.32 ~ 1.35g/㎤가 될 때까지 열처리한 후, 밀도 1.46 ~ 1.50g/㎤가 될 때까지 산화성 분위기 하에서 275℃ 이상 295℃ 이하에서 열처리하여 내염화 섬유 다발을 얻은 후, 상기 내염화 섬유 다발을 비활성 분위기 하에서 1200 ~ 1800℃에서 열처리하는, 탄소섬유 다발의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밀도 1.46 ~ 1.50g/㎤가 될 때까지 산화성 분위기 하에서 275℃ 이상 295℃ 이하에서 열처리할 때의 내염화 섬유 다발의 장력이 1.6 ~ 4.0mN/dtex인, 탄소섬유 다발의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유 전구체 섬유 다발을, 산화성 분위기 하에서 밀도 1.22 ~ 1.24g/㎤가 될 때까지 210℃ 이상 245℃ 미만에서 열처리한 후, 상기 산화성 분위기 하에서 밀도 1.32 ~ 1.35g/㎤가 될 때까지 열처리하는 공정에 제공하고, 또한, 상기 밀도 1.32 ~ 1.35g/㎤가 될 때까지 행해지는 열처리 공정을 245℃ 이상 275℃ 미만에서 행하는, 탄소섬유 다발의 제조 방법. - 스트랜드 탄성률이 240 ~ 280 GPa, 스트랜드 강도가 5.8 GPa 이상, 결절 강도 K[MPa]가 -88d+1390≤K(d:평균 단섬유경[μm]), 평균 단섬유경이 6.5 ~ 8.0μm를 만족하고, 또한 시료 길이를 10 mm로서 단섬유 인장시험을 실시한 경우에, 회수한 파단면에 크기 50 nm 이상의 결함이 존재하는 확률이 35% 이하인, 탄소섬유 다발.
- 제4항에 있어서,
결절 강도 K가 770 MPa 이상인, 탄소섬유 다발. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
평균 면 조도 Ra가 1.0 ~ 1.8 nm인, 탄소섬유 다발. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
탄소섬유 단섬유의 외층 비율이 90면적% 이상인, 탄소섬유 다발.
