Claims (14)
- 용융 재료로부터의 원심분리에 의해서, 광물 섬유, 특히 유리 섬유를 섬유화하기 위한 스피너(1)이며:
- 바람직하게 절두원추형이고, 용융 재료의 통과를 위한 그리고 원심분리 중에 인발에 의해서 섬유를 획득하기 위한 오리피스(9)가 천공된, 주변 배럴(2),
- 스피너를 섬유화 장치 내에 고정하기 위해서 주변 배럴(2)을 상부 플랜지(6)에 연결하는 휠 중심(3),
- 주변 배럴(2)을 스피너의 하단 부분 내에서 연장시키고 그와 각도(β)를 형성하는 턴업(4)을 포함하고,
각도(β)는 엄격하게 90° 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 스피너. - 제1항에 있어서,
턴업(4)은, 10° 이하의, 수평에 대한 경사각(α)을 가지는, 스피너. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
턴업(4)은 스피너의 전체 직경의 10% 미만의 총 길이를 가지는, 스피너. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
