Abstract
해결수단으로서, 본 개시는, 단량체군 100mol%에 대하여, (메타)아크릴아미드기 함유 화합물(a)을 20∼70mol%, 불포화 유기산 또는 그 염(b)을 1∼30mol% 및 α,β-불포화 니트릴(c)을 10∼45mol% 포함하는, 단량체군의 중합물인 수용성 폴리(메타)아크릴아미드(A)를 포함하는 리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액을 제공한다.
Description
Claims (13)
- 단량체군 100mol%에 대하여,
(메타)아크릴아미드기 함유 화합물(a)을 20∼70mol%,
불포화 유기산 또는 그 염(b)을 1∼30mol% 및
α,β-불포화 니트릴(c)을 10∼45mol% 포함하는
단량체군의 중합물인 수용성 폴리(메타)아크릴아미드(A)
를 포함하는 리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체군 100mol%에 대하여,
상기 (메타)아크릴아미드기 함유 화합물(a)을 30∼70mol%,
상기 불포화 유기산 또는 그 염(b)을 1∼20mol% 및
상기 α,β-불포화 니트릴(c)을 20∼45mol% 포함하는
리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 단량체군에 탄소수 2∼4의 히드록시알킬기를 구비하는 히드록시알킬(메타)아크릴레이트(d)가 10∼49mol% 포함되는 리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 유기산 또는 그 염(b)과 상기 (메타)아크릴아미드기 함유 화합물(a)과의 몰비[(b)/(a)]가 0.60이하인 리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 폴리(메타)아크릴아미드(A)가,
글라스 전이온도가 100∼145℃이며, 15질량% 수용액의 표면장력이 60∼70dyn/cm이며 또한 15질량% 수용액의 HAZE가 10이하인 리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항의 리튬이온 전지용 바인더 수용액 및 전극활물질(B)을 포함하는 리튬이온 전지전극용 슬러리.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전극활물질(B) 100질량%에 대하여, 상기 수용성 폴리(메타)아크릴아미드(A)를 0.5∼15질량% 포함하는 리튬이온 전지전극용 슬러리.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전극활물질(B)이, 탄소층으로 덮힌 실리콘 및/또는 실리콘옥사이드를 1질량% 이상 포함하는 부극활물질인 리튬이온 전지전극용 슬러리.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전극활물질(B)이, 인산철 및/또는 금속산화물을 포함하는 정극활물질인 리튬이온 전지전극용 슬러리.
- 수용성 폴리(메타)아크릴아미드(A) 및 상기 전극활물질(B)을 혼합하는 공정을 포함하는 제6항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 하나의 항의 리튬이온 전지전극용 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 하나의 항의 리튬이온 전지전극용 슬러리를 집전체에 도포해 건조시킴으로써 얻어지는 리튬이온 전지전극.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 집전체가 동박 또는 알루미늄박인 리튬이온 전지전극.
- 제11항 또는 제12항의 리튬이온 전지전극을 포함하는 리튬이온 전지.
