Claims (5)
- 밸브 본체와, 당해 밸브 본체 내에 왕복동(往復動)이 자유롭게 배치된 밸브체와, 당해 밸브체를 한 방향으로 부세(付勢)하는 부세 수단과, 상기 밸브 본체에 접속되어 상기 밸브체에 구동력을 미치게 하는 구동 장치를 구비한 전자 밸브로서,
상기 구동 장치는, 일단부가 닫힌 슬리브와, 적어도 일부가 당해 슬리브의 내측에 배치된 통 형상의 고정 철심과, 닫힌 상기 슬리브의 일단측 내부에 배치된 가동 철심과, 상기 고정 철심의 내측에 왕복동이 자유롭게 배치되어 한쪽단이 상기 밸브체에 연결되고, 다른 한쪽단이 상기 가동 철심에 연결된 구동 로드와, 상기 가동 철심에 전자 구동력을 미치게 하는 코일부를 구비하고,
상기 구동 로드는, 상기 고정 철심의 내주면에 대향하여 축방향의 이동을 안내하는 안내부와, 당해 안내부보다도 내경 방향으로 오목한 홈부를 갖고, 상기 홈부는 상기 밸브 본체측의 공간으로부터 상기 가동 철심측의 공간에 걸쳐 연속하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가동 철심은 축방향으로 관통하는 관통공을 갖는 통 형상으로 형성되어 있고, 당해 가동 철심의 내부 공간에 상기 구동 로드의 상기 홈부가 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구동 로드는, 상기 가동 철심의 내주면에 상기 안내부가 맞닿은 상태에서 당해 가동 철심에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가동 철심은, 단면이 정원(正圓)의 원통 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 밸브는,
상기 밸브체에 대하여 상기 구동력에 저항하는 방향으로 부세력을 미치게 함과 동시에, 주위의 압력 증가에 수반하여 수축 가능하고, 상기 밸브체와 대응하는 시트면을 구비한 밸브 시트 부재를 구비하고,
상기 밸브체는 축방향으로 관통하는 통 형상으로 형성되고, 당해 밸브체의 내주면에 상기 구동 로드의 상기 한쪽단이 삽입된 상태에서 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
