Claims (8)
- 가열 영역을 한정하는 히팅 박스, 상기 히팅 박스 내에 설치되고 내부에 가열대상 유체가 유동하는 하나 이상의 관형부재를 구비하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치에 있어서,
상기 관형부재는 관형부재의 내부로 반응물을 도입하기 위한 유입관부, 상기 유입관부와 유체 연통하는 관형부재로부터 반응물을 냉각시키고 수집하기 위한 유출관부, 상기 유입관부와 상기 유출관부 사이에 유체 연통을 제공하기 위한 만곡부를 포함하고,
상기 버너는,
상기 관형부재의 내부에 위치하는 하나 이상의 버너로 구성되는 제1 열원부; 및
상기 관형부재의 외측에 위치하는, 하나 이상의 버너로 구성되는 제2 열원부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 열원부는 상기 제2 열원부와 동일한 용량의 버너들로 구성되고,
제2 열원부를 구성하는 버너의 수와 동일한 수의 버너들이 관형부재 내측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열원부는 수평 방향으로 배치되는 두 개의 버너로 구성되고, 제2 열원부는 유입관부와 측벽 사이 및 유출관부와 측벽 사이에 각각 한 개씩 배치되는 두 개의 버너로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입관부로부터 제1 열원부의 근거리의 버너까지의 직선 거리는 상기 유입관부로부터 제2 열원부의 근거리의 버너까지의 직선 거리와 등거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유출관부로부터 제1 열원부의 근거리의 버너까지의 직선 거리는 상기 유출관부로부터 제2 열원부의 근거리의 버너까지의 직선 거리와 등거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열원부의 버너들과 상기 제2 열원부의 버너들은 상기 히팅박스의 하나의 동일한 측벽에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 열원부의 버너들과 상기 제2 열원부의 버너들은 상기 히팅박스의 한 쌍의 대향하는 측벽에 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형부재는 U자형 튜브 또는 역U자형 튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형부재의 만곡부는 U자형, ω형 또는 ш자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 변환용 반응물 가열장치.
