S1: 제1 스위칭 신호
S2: 제2 스위칭 신호
Claims (3)
- 제1 스위칭 신호를 입력 받아 동작하는 제1 IGBT; 및
제2 스위칭 신호를 입력 받아 동작하는 제2 IGBT;를 포함하고,
상기 제1, 2 IGBT는 상호간에 병렬로 연결되어, 교대로 입력되는 상기 제1,2 스위칭 신호에 의해 교대로 동작하는 IGBT 병렬 운전 회로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1, 2 IGBT는,
상기 제1, 2 스위칭 신호에 의해 입력 전류가 교대로 흐르도록 동작하는 IGBT 병렬 운전 회로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1, 2 IGBT의 각 전류 출력단에 직렬 연결되는 저항 및 가변 저항을 더 포함하는 IGBT 병렬 운전 회로.
