Claims (7)
- 컴퓨터로 구현되는 운동 코칭 방법에 있어서,
근거리 통신 모듈을 통해 운동 머신과의 통신 세션을 설정하는 단계;
상기 통신 세션이 설정된 운동 머신으로부터 실시간으로 센싱되는 운동량 정보를 수신하는 단계;
수신된 상기 운동량 정보를 미리 지정된 항목 별로 구분하여 저장하는 단계; 및
수신된 상기 운동량 정보 및 미리 등록된 사용자 특성 정보에 기초하여 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 추천하는 단계
를 포함하는 운동 코칭 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 추천하는 단계는,
빅데이터 및 딥러닝(deep learning)을 기반으로 생성된 운동 코칭 모델에 기초하여 상기 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 추천하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 운동 코칭 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 추천하는 단계는,
상기 사용자 특성 정보를 상기 운동 코칭 모델의 입력 파라미터로 설정하는 단계; 및
상기 운동 코칭 모델의 출력 파라미터로서, 운동 종류 정보, 운동 순서 정보 및 운동 횟수 정보를 포함하는 상기 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 출력하는 단계
를 포함하는 운동 코칭 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 운동량 정보 및 상기 운동 머신과 연관하여 미리 등록된 사용자 목표 설정값에 기초하여 상기 사용자 목표 설정값 대비 운동 효과를 분석하여 제공하는 단계
를 더 포함하는 운동 코칭 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 추천하는 단계는,
분석된 상기 운동 효과에 기초하여 상기 운동 머신의 다음 운동 시기 정보 및 운동 강도 정보를 제공하는 단계
를 포함하는 운동 코칭 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사용자 특성 정보는,
사용자의 나이 정보, 성별 정보, 운동 머신의 위치 정보, 선호도, 및 운동 목적 정보를 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 운동 코칭 방법. - 근거리 통신 모듈을 통해 운동 머신과의 통신 세션을 설정하는 세션 설정부;
상기 통신 세션이 설정된 운동 머신으로부터 실시간으로 센싱되는 운동량 정보를 수신하는 정보 수신부;
수신된 상기 운동량 정보를 미리 지정된 항목 별로 구분하여 저장하는 저장 제어부; 및
수신된 상기 운동량 정보 및 미리 등록된 사용자 특성 정보에 기초하여 사용자 맞춤형 운동 정보를 추천하는 운동 추천부
를 포함하는 운동 코칭 시스템.
