Claims (11)
- 50 ppm 내지 5000 ppm의 범위의 세슘 이온 함량을 갖는 출발 수용액으로부터의 세슘의 수득 방법으로서, 상기 수용액에서의 세슘 이온은 제1 단계에서 2 내지 12의 pH 범위 및 10 내지 80℃의 온도 범위에서 K4[Fe(CN)6], Na4[Fe(CN)6], Ca2[Fe(CN)6] 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 시안화칼륨을 함유하는 적어도 1.1배 과화학양론적 양의 용액으로 보조하여 2가 양이온을 갖는 복염으로서 침전되며, 상기 2가 양이온은 세슘 함량에 대해 적어도 등몰의 양으로 출발 용액에 미리 존재되거나 또는 수용성 염으로 첨가되고, 그리고, 제2 단계에서, 이들은 열 분해에 의해 수용성 형태로 다시 전환되고, 제3 단계에서, 불용성 잔류물로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100 ppm 내지 1000 ppm의 범위의 세슘 이온 함량을 갖는 출발 수용액이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1.15- 내지 1.5-배의 화학양론적 양의 범위의 알칼리 시안화칼륨을 함유하는 과화학양론적 양의 용액이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2가 양이온으로서, 칼슘 및/또는 마그네슘 이온이 적어도 등몰의 양으로 수득되거나 또는 적어도 등몰의 양에 도달될 때까지 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복염의 침전은 4 내지 11의 pH 범위에서 제1 단계 중에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복염의 침전은 무기 필터링 보조제의 첨가로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발 용액에 잔류하는 과화학양론적 양의 시안화칼륨은 기형성된 복염에의 4 내지 7의 pH 범위에서의 수용성 철(III) 염의 첨가에 의해 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 철(III) 설페이트는 용액에 잔류하는 알칼리 시안화칼륨의 양과 관련하여 최대 100%까지의 과량으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서의 열분해는 400℃ 내지 800℃의 온도에서 산화적 조건 하에 하소 단계에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 하소 잔류물을 탈이온수로 주입하고, 가용성 성분을 불용성 성분으로부터 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용액에 함유된 세슘염은 재결정화에 의해 추가로 정제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
