Claims (7)
- 기재의 편면 또는 양면에, 접착제 조성물을 스트라이프상으로 도공하여 접착제층을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 접착 시트의 제조 방법에 있어서,
도공 및 건조 후의 스트라이프상 접착제층의 에지 부분의 두께(Te)와 에지 부분 이외의 두께(T)의 비(Te/T)가 1.8 이하가 되도록, 점도를 조정한 접착제 조성물을 사용하여 도공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
접착제 조성물 중의 엘라스토머의 배합량에 의해, 도공하는 접착제 조성물의 점도를 조정하는 접착 시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
접착제 조성물 중의 용제의 배합량에 의해, 도공하는 접착제 조성물의 점도를 조정하는 접착 시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
도공하는 접착제 조성물의 점도가, 500~50,000mPa·S인 접착 시트의 제조 방법. - 기재의 편면 또는 양면에, 스트라이프상의 접착층을 갖는 접착 시트에 있어서,
스트라이프상 접착제층의 에지 부분의 두께(Te)와 에지 부분 이외의 두께(T)의 비(Te/T)가 1.8 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 시트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
접착제층이, 엘라스토머를 10~50질량부(경화성 수지 성분 및 경화제 수지 성분의 합계 100질량부 기준) 포함하는 접착 시트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
접착제층의 두께가, 2~300μm인 접착 시트.
