Abstract
[해결 수단] 서로 슬라이딩면(S)에서 상대 슬라이딩하는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품으로서, 적어도 한쪽의 슬라이딩면(S)은, 일단이 슬라이딩면(S)의 다른 한쪽의 주연(周緣; 4b)에 연통하는 유체 도입홈(12)과, 일단이 슬라이딩면(S)의 다른 한쪽의 주연(4b)에 연통함과 동시에 타단이 랜드부에 둘러싸이는 동압 발생홈(11)과, 랜드부 내에 형성됨과 동시에 유체 도입홈(12)과 연통하는 개방홈(13)을 구비한다.

Claims (8)
- 서로 슬라이딩면에서 상대 슬라이딩하는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품으로서,
적어도 한쪽의 상기 슬라이딩면은,
일단이 상기 슬라이딩면의 다른 한쪽의 주연(周緣)에 연통하는 유체 도입홈과,
일단이 상기 슬라이딩면의 다른 한쪽의 주연에 연통함과 동시에 타단이 랜드부에 둘러싸이는 동압 발생홈과,
상기 랜드부 내에 형성됨과 동시에 상기 유체 도입홈과 연통하는 개방홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개방홈은, 상기 동압 발생홈의 상기 타단과 상기 슬라이딩면의 한쪽의 주연과의 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면은, 상기 유체 도입홈과 상기 개방홈에 의해 둘러싸이는 영역을 구비하고, 상기 영역 내에 소정 수의 상기 동압 발생홈이 배열 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 영역이 둘레 방향으로 연속하여 배열 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 영역이 둘레 방향으로 불연속하게 배열 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
일단이 상기 슬라이딩면의 한쪽의 주연에 연통하는 유체 도입부와,
일단이 상기 유체 도입부에 연통함과 동시에 타단에 레일리 스텝 기구를 갖는 홈부로 이루어지는 동압 발생 기구를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면의 한쪽의 주연으로 개구하는 한 쌍의 개구부 및 한 쌍의 상기 개구부를 연통하는 연통로를 갖는 유체 도입부와,
일단이 상기 유체 도입부에 연통함과 동시에 타단에 레일리 스텝 기구를 갖는 홈부로 이루어지는 동압 발생 기구를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 동압 발생 기구는, 상기 개방홈과 상기 슬라이딩면의 한쪽의 주연과의 사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
