Abstract
- 슬라이딩 층의 실리콘 네트워크를 형성하기 위한 반응성 실리콘 시스템,
- 반응성 실리콘 시스템의 가교 반응을 촉매하기 위한 촉매,
- 적어도 하나의 비반응성 실리콘 오일, 및
- 적어도 하나의 희석제,
여기서, 희석제는 규소 함유 화합물을 포함하고, 제제 중의 희석제의 함량은 제제 중 45 중량% 이상 및 95 중량% 이하에 이른다. 본 발명은 또한 내측에 슬라이딩 층(10)으로 코팅된 원통형 중공체(5)를 포함하는 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징으로서, 슬라이딩 층(10)은 실리콘 오일이 도입된 실리콘 네트워크를 가지며, 중공체는, 스토퍼가 중공체 내에 도입될 수 있고, 중공체 내에 삽입된, 슬라이딩 층 상의 스토퍼의 마찰의 정지 마찰 계수가 평균 슬라이딩 마찰 계수보다 최대 20% 더 크도록 구성되는 것인 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징, 및 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
도 2는 10개의 시린지의 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한다.
도 3은 초음파를 사용하여 수 중에서 시린지를 60초 동안 처리한 후 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한다.
도 4는 0.1 M NaOH 수용액 중에서 시린지를 60초 동안 처리한 후 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시하며, 측정 전 보관 시간은 30분이었다.
도 5는 초음파를 사용하여 아세톤 중에서 시린지를 60초 동안 처리한 후 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한다.
도 6은 (에틸 아세테이트에 의한 60초의 초음파 처리를 통해) 슬라이딩 층으로부터 비반응성 실리콘 오일을 제거한 후 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한다.
도 7은 슬라이딩 층으로부터 비반응성 실리콘 오일을 제거하고 그 후에 실온에서 24시간 동안 보관한 후 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한다.
도 8은 슬라이딩 층으로부터 비반응성 실리콘 오일을 제거하고 그 후에 40℃에서 24시간 동안 보관한 후 스토퍼 변위에 대한 마찰 계수를 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한다.
Claims (24)
- 중공체의 내측에 적용되어 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징에 슬라이딩 층을 생성하기 위한 제제로서, 액체 제제가
- 슬라이딩 층의 실리콘 네트워크를 형성하기 위한 반응성 실리콘 시스템,
- 반응성 실리콘 시스템의 가교 반응을 촉매하기 위한 촉매,
- 적어도 하나의 비반응성 실리콘 오일, 및
- 적어도 하나의 희석제
를 포함하고,
희석제는 규소 함유 화합물을 포함하고, 제제 중의 희석제의 함량이 제제 중 45 중량% 이상 및 95 중량% 이하에 해당하는 것인 제제. - 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 실리콘 시스템이 다성분 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이하의 특징 중 적어도 하나를 특징으로 하는 제제:
- 희석제가 최대 6개의 규소 원자를 갖는 규소 함유 유기 화합물을 포함하는 특징
- 희석제가 19 mN/m 미만의 표면 장력을 갖는 특징. - 제3항에 있어서, 하기의 희석제 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 제제:
- 시클릭 실리콘,
- 헥사메틸디실록산(HMDSO),
- 옥타메틸트리실록산,
- 데카메틸테트라실록산. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23℃에서의 점도가 1 내지 50,000 cSt의 범위인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23℃의 온도에서의 제제가 0.5 내지 200 mPas 범위의 점도를 갖는 것인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23℃의 온도에서의 제제가 1초 후에 보로실리케이트 유리 표면 상에서의 접촉각이 28°미만인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23℃의 온도에서의 10 μl의 부피를 갖는 제제의 액적이 5초 후에 보로실리케이트 유리 표면 상에서 7.3 내지 20 mm 범위의 확산을 갖는 것인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제제가 유기금속 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제제 중의 촉매의 비율이 0.001 중량% - 5 중량%에 해당하는 것인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제제가 반응성 실리콘 시스템의 자발적인 반응을 방지하기 위한 저해제를 갖는 것인 제제.
- 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징을 제조하는 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 제제가 패키징의 중공체의 내측에 층으로서 적용되고 이후에 실리콘 다성분 시스템의 성분들의 반응이 개시되며, 그 결과, 실리콘 네트워크가 형성되고 고화된 슬라이딩 층이 수득되는 것인 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 실리콘 다성분 시스템의 성분들의 반응이, 적용된 제제를 가열함으로써 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 제제가 프라이머를 이용한 전처리 없이 용기 내측에 직접 적용된 다음 고화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 내측에 슬라이딩 층(10)이 코팅된 원통형 중공체(5)를 포함하는 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징으로서, 슬라이딩 층(10)은 실리콘 오일이 도입된 실리콘 네트워크를 가지며, 중공체는, 스토퍼가 중공체 내에 도입될 수 있고, 중공체 내에 삽입된 스토퍼의 슬라이딩 층 상에서의 마찰의 정지 마찰 계수가 평균 슬라이딩 마찰 계수보다 최대 20% 더 크도록 구성되는 것인 의약품 또는 화장품용 패키징.
- 제15항에 있어서, 중공체 내에 삽입된 스토퍼의 슬라이딩 층 상에서의 마찰의 정지 마찰 계수가 평균 슬라이딩 마찰 계수보다 최대 10% 더 큰 것인 패키징.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 표준 스토퍼를 슬라이딩 층 위에서 100 mm/min의 속도로 이동시킬 때, 중공체 내에 삽입된 스토퍼의 마찰의 정지 마찰 계수 및/또는 슬라이딩 마찰 계수가 10 N 미만인 패키징.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 층의 슬라이딩 효과가 슬라이딩 층의 표면으로부터 실리콘 오일의 제거 후에 재생되는 것인 패키징.
- 제15항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 층의 층 두께가 3 μm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 패키징.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 용기가 하기의 재료 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키징:
- 폴리올레핀
- 유리
- 규소 무함유 재료. - 제15항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 층이 중공체의 내측에 직접 적용되는 것인 패키징.
- 제15항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패키징이 시린지 또는 카풀인 것을 특징으로 하는 패키징.
- 제22항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 층은, 적어도 시린지 또는 카풀의 스토퍼가 슬라이딩할 수 있는 중공체의 내측의 영역을 덮는 것인 패키징.
- 제15항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 마찰 계수 μG 및 정지 마찰 계수 μH의 비 μG/μH가 0.80보다 큰 것인 패키징.
