Claims (5)
- 외부가 곡면으로 이루어지는 인공고환 본체; 및
상기 인공고환 본체의 내부에 빈 공간으로 형성되는 캐비티;를 포함하고,
상기 캐비티에 의하여 외부로부터의 충격이 완화되고, 무게가 최소화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고환. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 인공고환 본체에는, 제작시에 상기 캐비티를 형성하기 위한 풍선에 연결되는 공급관으로 인하여, 상기 캐비티를 외부와 연통시키는 관통홀;이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고환. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 관통홀에 삽입되어 상기 인공고환 본체가 매끄러운 곡면 형상의 외주면을 가지도록 하는 삽입부재;를 더 포함하여, 체내의 체액이 상기 캐비티로 유입되지 않도록 차폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고환. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 인공고환 본체는, 실리콘 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고환. - 인공고환 본체를 제조하기 위한 몰드의 내부에 상기 인공고환 본체에 캐비티를 형성하기 위한 풍선이 삽입되는 풍선설치단계;
상기 몰드에 상기 인공고환 본체를 형성하기 위한 재료가 채워지는 재료유입단계;
상기 재료가 건조되고, 상기 재료의 건조가 끝나면 상기 풍선이 제거되는 풍선제거단계; 및
상기 재료가 건조되어 형성된 상기 인공고환 본체를 상기 몰드로부터 취출하는 취출단계;를 포함하여,
상기 캐비티에 의하여 외부로부터의 충격이 완화되고, 무게가 최소화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고환의 제조 방법.
