Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 피건조물을 수용하는 밀폐공간(12)이 형성된 건조기(11)와; 상기 건조기(11)의 일측에 연결되어 상기 밀폐공간(12) 상에 과열공기를 공급하도록 된 과열공기공급라인(14)과; 상기 건조기(11)의 타측에 연결되어 피건조물의 건조과정에서 발생된 습공기가 배출되도록 된 습공기회수라인(16)과; 상기 습공기회수라인(16)의 일측에 연결되어 상기 밀폐공간(12) 상의 습공기를 펌핑함에 따라 밀폐공간(12) 내를 감압시키도록 된 진공펌프(17)와; 상기 진공펌프(17)의 후단에서 상기 습공기회수라인(16)으로부터 배출되는 습공기를 가압하여 고온 건조한 상태의 과열공기를 생산한 후에, 상기 과열공기공급라인(14)으로 과열공기를 공급하도록 연결된 증기압축기(18)와; 상기 과열공기공급라인(14) 상에 연결되어 상기 증기압축기(18)로부터 공급되는 과열공기를 일정 온도로 감온시킨 상태로 상기 건조기(11) 측에 전달하도록 된 공급용 열교환기(19)를 포함하는 고효율 진공감압식 건조시스템이 제공된다.

Claims (3)
- 피건조물을 수용하는 밀폐공간(12)이 형성된 건조기(11)와;
상기 건조기(11)의 일측에 연결되어 상기 밀폐공간(12) 상에 과열공기를 공급하도록 된 과열공기공급라인(14)과;
상기 건조기(11)의 타측에 연결되어 피건조물의 건조과정에서 발생된 습공기가 배출되도록 된 습공기회수라인(16)과;
상기 습공기회수라인(16)의 일측에 연결되어 상기 밀폐공간(12) 상의 습공기를 펌핑함에 따라 밀폐공간(12) 내를 감압시키도록 된 진공펌프(17)와;
상기 진공펌프(17)의 후단에서 상기 습공기회수라인(16)으로부터 배출되는 습공기를 가압하여 고온 건조한 상태의 과열공기를 생산한 후에, 상기 과열공기공급라인(14)으로 과열공기를 공급하도록 연결된 증기압축기(18)와;
상기 과열공기공급라인(14) 상에 연결되어 상기 증기압축기(18)로부터 공급되는 과열공기를 일정 온도로 감온시킨 상태로 상기 건조기(11) 측에 전달하도록 된 공급용 열교환기(19)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 진공감압식 건조시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 습공기회수라인(16) 상에는 상기 건조기(11)로부터 배출되는 습공기를 일정 온도로 가온시켜 상기 증기압축기(18)로 전달하도록 된 회수용 열교환기(24)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 진공감압식 건조시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급용 열교환기(19)와 회수용 열교환기(24) 사이에는 상기 공급용 열교환기(19)를 통과한 열교환수가 상기 회수용 열교환기(24)로 순환되도록 된 열교환라인(20)이 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 진공감압식 건조시스템.
