Claims (19)
- 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 혼합된, 입자성 필러(particulate filler)를 갖는 아크릴 수지로 제조된 중합체 바인더 매트릭스의 시트는 기계적 공정을 통해 일 표면상에 편평하게 기계가공되어, 상기 표면이 처리된 바인더 매트릭스 및 편평한-기계가공된 필러 입자로 형성되며, 상기 시트는 바인더의 연화 온도 보다 높게 후속적으로 가열되어, 상기 바인더 매트릭스는 이완(relax)되고 상기 표면상의 상기 필러 입자는 경사져서, 텍스쳐 표면을 생성하고, 상기 부품은 그 후, 상기 연화 온도 보다 낮게 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
최소 65 wt% 그리고 최대 95wt%, 바람직하게는 75 내지 90 wt%의 필러 함량을 갖는 시트가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
필러 입자의 최소 10 wt%, 바람직하게는 30 wt% 초과, 그리고 특히 50 wt% 초과가 ≥ 0.4 mm의 입자크기를 갖는, 시트가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
시트는 5 보다 큰, 바람직하게는 6 보다 큰 모스 경도(Mohs hardness)를 갖는 필러 입자와 함께 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중합체 바인더 매트릭스가 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트의 블렌드로 제조되는 시트가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 매트릭스에 임베디드된 착색 안료를 갖는 시트가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트의 표면은 그라인딩(grinding) 또는 브러싱(brushing) 또는 폴리싱(polishing)에 의해 기계적으로 공정처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 3-차원 부품을 형성하도록 가열 공정(heating process) 동안 기계적으로 재-성형(re-shaped)되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 욕조, 특히 샤워 욕조를 형성하도록 재-성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 바인더 매트릭스를 갖는 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 사용하여 제조된, 적어도 하나의 혼합된 입자성 필러 (4)를 갖는 아크릴 수지로 제조된 중합체 바인더 매트릭스 (3)을 포함하는 부품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 부품은 최소 65 wt% 그리고 최대 95 wt%, 바람직하게는 75 내지 90 wt%의 필러 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,
필러 입자 (4)의 최소 10 wt%, 바람직하게는 30 wt% 초과, 그리고 특히 50 wt% 초과가 ≥ 0.4 mm의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 필러 입자 (4)는 5 보다 큰, 바람직하게는 6 보다 큰 모스 경도(Mohs hardness)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 바인더 매트릭스 (3)은 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트의 블렌드로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
착색 안료가 상기 바인더 매트릭스 (3)에 임베디드 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부품은 시트임을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 부품은 벽 또는 바닥 패널임을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부품은 욕조임을 특징으로 하는, 부품. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 부품은 샤워 욕조임을 특징으로하는 부품.
