Claims (15)
- 에어로졸 발생 장치로서:
개방 단부를 갖는 하우징으로서, 에어로졸 발생 물품을 수용하기 위해 상기 개방 단부와 연통하는 공동을 형성하는, 하우징;
상기 공동 내에 배치되며 상기 공동 내에 에어로졸 발생 물품을 보유하도록 작동 가능한 회전식 포획 요소(rotatable capture element)로서, 상기 공동 내에서 길이방향으로 이동 가능한, 회전식 포획 요소; 및
상기 공동과 연통하는 가열 요소로서, 상기 공동 내에서 상기 포획 요소에 의해 보유된 에어로졸 발생 물품을 가열하도록 작동 가능한, 가열 요소;를 포함하며,
상기 포획 요소의 회전은 상기 포획 요소에 의해 보유된 에어로졸 발생 물품이 상기 가열 요소에 대해 회전하게 하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소에 결합되고 상기 포획 요소를 회전시키도록 구성된 회전 요소를 더 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전 요소는 리코일 스프링(recoil spring) 또는 모터를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전 요소에 결합된 사용자 작동 가능한 버튼을 더 포함하며, 상기 버튼의 작동은 상기 회전 요소를 활성화시키고 상기 포획 요소가 회전하게 하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소는 샤프트에 결합되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트는 스레드(thread)를 포함하고, 상기 장치는 상기 샤프트의 스레드와 체결하도록 구성된 스레드 체결 요소를 더 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스레드 체결 요소에 의해 체결되는 동안 상기 샤프트의 회전은 상기 포획 요소의 회전을 야기하고, 상기 포획 요소가 상기 공동에서 길이방향으로 이동하게 하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스레드 체결 요소는 상기 스레드를 체결 해제하도록 작동 가능한, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소는 미리 결정된 양의 증분으로 이동하도록 구성되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소의 이동의 미리 결정된 양은 회전 증분 및 길이방향 증분을 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소의 미리 결정된 이동의 회전 증분은 상기 가열 요소가 상기 공동의 원주 주위에서 연장되는 양과 실질적으로 동일한 양인, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소의 미리 결정된 이동의 길이방향 증분은 상기 가열 요소가 상기 공동의 길이를 따라 연장되는 길이를 완전 회전에 필요한 회전 증분의 수로 나눈 것과 실질적으로 동일한 양인, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포획 요소는 상기 공동 내에서 나선형 이동으로 이동하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소는 상기 포획 요소에 의해 보유된 에어로졸 발생 물품의 인접한 부분을 순차적으로 가열하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 에어로졸 발생 시스템으로서:
제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에어로졸 발생 장치; 및
에어로졸 발생 물품;을 포함하며, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품은,
마우스 단부 및 상기 마우스 단부에 윈위인 제2 단부;
상기 마우스 단부와 상기 제2 단부 사이의 에어로졸 발생 기재; 및
상기 제2 단부에서의 플레이트;를 포함하며, 상기 플레이트는 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치의 회전식 포획 요소와 체결하도록 구성된 특징부를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
