- 배기가스(32)를 위한 적어도 하나의 입구 개구(22) 및 적어도 하나의 출구 개구(26)를 포함하는 외부 하우징(12), 소음기 챔버(16), 및 배기가스가 유동하는 필터 모놀리스(monolith)(38)를 포함하는, 자동차의 배기가스 시스템를 위한 소음기(10)로서,
상기 필터 모놀리스(38)는 상기 소음기 챔버(16)에 의해 원주 방향으로 둘러싸여 있는, 소음기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 소음기 챔버(16)는 적어도 하나의 천공된 반경 방향 격벽(54)에 의해 소음기 서브 챔버들(56)로 세분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기. - 제 11 항 및 추가로 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 또는 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 격벽(54) 또는 복수의 격벽(54) 중 하나는 반경 방향 외측에서 상기 외부 하우징(12)의 외부 재킷(28) 상에 그리고 반경 방향 내측에서 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36) 상에, 특히 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36)의 외부 재킷(40) 상에 또는 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36)의 배기가스 측 원추형 단부벽(42, 44) 상에 또는 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36)으로부터 시작하여 가스(32)를 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36)으로부터 상기 출구 개구(26)로 안내하는 배기가스 라인(48, 52) 상에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 소음기(10)의 상기 외부 하우징(12)은 서로 부착된 복수의 개별 세그먼트(66, 67, 68)로 구성된 외부 재킷(28)을 가지며, 상기 개별 세그먼트(66, 67, 68)는 상기 소음기 서브 챔버(56)에 할당되고, 특히 각각의 소음기 서브 챔버(56)는 자체의 개별 세그먼트(66, 67, 68)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 격벽(54), 바람직하게는 모든 격벽들(54)은 인접한 개별 세그먼트(66, 67, 68)의 부착 영역에서 상기 외부 재킷(28) 상에, 특히 상기 인접한 개별 세그먼트(66, 67, 68)를 서로 부착시키는 동일한 부착 수단(72)에 의해 부착되어, 상기 부착 수단(72)은 3 개의 부분을 서로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기. - 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 하우징(12)의 단부벽(20, 24)은 반경 방향 내측에서 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36)의 원추형 단부벽(42, 44) 상에 또는 상기 모놀리스 하우징(36)의 외부 재킷(40) 상에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소음기 챔버(16)는 빈 공진기 챔버이거나 또는 절연 재료로 채워져 있고 바람직하게는 배기가스가 유동하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 소음기(10)를 구비하는, 자동차.
